I had an eye infection checkup and waited for 2 hours only to find out the doctor was not available. Although the staff was good, they didn’t explain the process properly. Overall, I spent 5 hours at the hospital just for an eye checkup and would not recommend Dr. Shalini Butola.

Doctor took time to explain the issue and also took time to examine. I have an issue with my retina and she suggested further tests to take the next steps.
