My experience with Dr. Shalini Butola was really good. She explained everything clearly, and I felt satisfied with the consultation. The only minor issue was the wait time, which could be shorter, but overall the visit was good and I highly recommend her.

I had an eye infection checkup and waited for 2 hours only to find out the doctor was not available. Although the staff was good, they didn’t explain the process properly. Overall, I spent 5 hours at the hospital just for an eye checkup and would not recommend Dr. Shalini Butola.
