Dr. Saurabh Raj was very friendly and explained things clearly along with a patient speech therapist. The clinic staff were professional, and the hygiene was excellent.

Since 3 days my 13 year old son was having ear pain, i roamed 5-7 clinics and i didn;t get any doctor due to lock down in Bangalore. Contacted native place doctor over phone and he recommended that wax need to be removed by ENT specialist and not you at home. Dr. Saurabh Raj identified the issue with my mother's ear and advised against an *********** operation, which was different from our previous doctor's suggestion. He provided a clear treatment plan with medicines that felt more appropriate for her age.

I visited Dr Saurabh for blockage in ear. I was facing pressure in my left ear and slight loss of hearing. I explained the problem to the Dr in detail and he listened to me carefully. He then found out that there was ear wax build-up in the left ear and removed it in the clinic itself. Overall I got relief and I will recommend Dr Saurabh.

Visited because of blockage in one of the ears, the doctor removed the wax from both of ears after two days I got severe pain on my left ear and blockage so today I visited my family ENT doctor he said ear drum has been injured also I never use any earbuds in my life, Dr. Saurabh Raj has injured my left ear while removing the ear wax.

Dr Raj was very patient. He explained the entire diagnosis, asked my allergy history and gave medicines accordingly. As all the medicines were available at the clinic pharmacy, i did not have to search for the medicines. my ear pain subsided within the day.

I went for ear cleaning and check up. Though the doctor was friendly, I didn't get much trust from his diagnosis and explanation. He gave me medicines which are available only in his clinic and are costly.

It was my first visit for my ear problem. Though Dr. Raj was very busy with surgery, he did come to the clinic and treated me. Quite friendly doctor, clearly explained the ear pain problem.
