The appointment was booked for 5 pm.. My.mother had chest pain and when I took her there doctor wasn't available.. Not that he was late.. But we were told he only comes by 5.30 pm.. So. Patients are at the receiving end who will see practo book an appointment for a the time the doctor isn't even there in hospital.. Sometimes.. It could be urgent issue.. This is highly unprofessional on both practo and doctor.

Did not get to meet with Doctor. reached 15min in advance. at booked time, I was told to wait for 1 more he as there were 8 people in queue before me. and I was told practo booking is not considered for preference.
