Dr. Saravanan

The doctor was very patient and friendly, he ckrealy gave honest feedback on what was going on and helped us understand the problem. Also gave us immediate remedies and long term remedies... Nice experiance, but the hospital gave us a very bad experiance, they made us wait for a long time with all forms and didnt undrrstand the severe pain that my wife was going through, and the pharmacy token system is defenetely not an appreciated attempt , making the patient wait for meds, are we in tirupathi waiting for ladoos with a token in hand for our number to come..

Interaction with doctor was good..however, since patient might not understand the technical terminology/ language, he shld speak more of a laymen words for better understanding to the patient.

Doctor did not spend enough time to diagnose the reason for my severe pain in the lower back and left leg muscles and nerves. He suggested medicines and physio which did not reduce my pain *** ********* ******** *** ******** *** **** ** ********** ********* To top to the problem doctor went on vacation and when I called him he asked me to refer to other doctors in Sakra. They too were not ready to entertain me and hence I had to go as a new patient to another neurologist in Sakra. He diagnosed the reason to be different and changed my medicine which has helped in reducing my pain.

Overall: Not a good experience for a patient who is in acute pain and approach doctor for help.

Dr is friendly but not very reassuring he told me that your headache will be there forever there is no cure, I didn't went to doc to hear this I was expecting solution . I am not very happy about the experience, My review is not about the capability of the doc I am sure he is very capable *** ************* ****** but about how he handled my case.

He doesn't give proper response to clients, he doesn't have most of the answers which patient asks . I asked couple of questions and he always says do you want to do test even in tests 99% nothing will come and he doesn't explain reason for why such things happened.

Visited dr.Saravanan for peripheral neuropathy, I have been suffering from severe cervial and lumbar spondylitis with pinched nerves. Visited neurologist as the piercing pain is extensive in the toe and feet.

I also have nerve conduction studies which indicate CTS in hands and week nerve conduction in legs .*** *** *** ** **** *** ***** *********** ** ******** ** ******** ***** * * **** ******* **** ************ *** **** *** *** *********** ** ****** * ** ****** ** *************** ** ** *** **** **** ** **** **** ****** ******* ** ** ***** he rubbed off saying it is age related tests and the nerves are not pinched and are only irritated and suggested running ,jogging ,swimming. He didn't have the patience to check all my reports as well.

He wrote gabapentin inspite of me saying that the tablet in the past has given no relief to me.

He suggested meditation and exercise. ** ***** **** **** * ***** ****** **** * ************ Pls don't consult him

Doc contributed a very less amout of time to understand throughly the problem of the patient.

Didn't provide any proper resolution for the ailment neither an explanation of the diagnostic report of MRI scan consisting of sclerosis and foci.

No root cause analysis done for the life altering ailment of brain.

Also the doc was in hurry to leave for round visit and handled two patients case in a mere 20 mins time at the end of day.

If doc was short of time ,patient would have opted for another doc on a convinent time slot.

We're totally disappointed with the consultation and will not approach this doc for further consultations.

Not good. Doctor seems very rude... Like you are just an object to him... Was in rush to finish me off... He did not even listen to complete problems... And concluded that I need yoga and meditation.... Just wrote the medicine and said do not waste money on tests ... When he has not even listened to the problems... I am really pissed off with his behaviour... That's why people go to clinics coz there these doctors give proper time and maintain good relation there...

He has not even spent time to analyze the patients problem. Really disappointed with this doctor. I called Sakra for suggesting the doctor

Dr. Visit was good. But the consultant fee is very high. For middle class people sakara hospital is NOT affordable.
