I visited Dr.bikamchand he is a very good doctor with helping nature. But the receptionist by name saniya Zehra is very rude. Doctors are very friendly but this support staff think themselves as doctors and treat us like we are in some government hospital. We pay as per your request then why not maintain dignity of the patient.
