I recently visited here for dental treatment and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Sapna is extremely professional, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to clearly explain my dental issues, walk me through the treatment options, and answer all my questions without any hurry. The procedure itself was smooth and almost painless, and I really appreciated how they kept checking if I was comfortable throughout.

The staff at the reception and assistants are equally warm and courteous. Appointment scheduling, reminders, and billing were all handled very efficiently. Waiting time was minimal, and the overall process felt very well managed.

I am very happy with the results of my treatment and feel much more confident about my smile now. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sapna to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and caring dental clinic.

I had gone to Dr. Sapna on an emergency as my father had a big swelling that developed overnight . We panicked and called lots of clinics nearby but dint find anyone ready to open on a sunday . Dr Sapna came in 10 min and opened the clinic for my father's sake.

She immediately removed the teeth and made my father so relaxed . She was well equipped and checked his BP and blood sugar before the treatment . The clinic is so beautifully designed and serilization is given utmost importance.She was very thorough and professional. Her team followed up on the recovery too .

Now I take my whole family to her including my kids. My kid got his Rct done there and was taken care of lovingly . This review is long overdue . Thank you Dr .Sapna for being a kind and honest doctor. I highly recommend her clinic in Basavanagar.

Had a groovy time with her and one almost never says that about dentists. I went to her just for a regular teeth clean up, but ended up coming back with not only what I went for, but a lot of knowledge on how I could maintain my teeth and my dental implant that I got done recently. Her dedication to what she had to do was quite impressive as she went above and beyond what she had to do by working on some irky areas in my teeth. A very affable personality and that's what one needs from dentists. Keep spreading dental cheer. :-)

This was my first visit to a dentist. The Doctor was very friendly and provided helpful insight regarding the tooth/gums care. Unlike other doctors she helped me understand the issue and explained the different options.

We had gone to Dr. Sapna as I wanted my crooked teeth corrected . *** *** ** ******* *** *** gave me a completely different smile in 3 weeks . It was so smoothly done and the apointments were always on time. Though it took multiple sittings , She was very patient and did not rush through the treatment . Explained everything to us and told us exactly what to expect . Her team of consultants were also very professional . The clinic is one of the cleanest dental clinic I have ever seen . All instruments are sealed and removed in front of the patient which is very heartning . Would recommend Dr. Sapna to all my friends and family.

Very pleasant experience. Dr Sapna advised thoroughly during the entire process and helped scale the bracing related anxieties. Dr Sapna also helped successfully curing the toothpain.

After fixing the crown back I was not even able to chew my food properly. It was very uncomfortable. I had to go to my regular dentist to fix it properly.

Dr. Sapna is very friendly and explains​ very nicely about the exact​ problem and its solution.​I am very satisfied with work and the way she talks​ .
