Dr. Sanjay Sharma

Dr. Sanjay Sharma is a doctor with ***** empathy for his patients. He gave clear advice to follow daily exercises and walk for 30 to 45 minutes, which I am trying to follow. I hope to see positive results soon and truly appreciate his care.

*** ****** ****** ** ********* ************* ** *** ***** ** ******** (treatment of feet/legs, diabetic foot ulcers etc.) and incorporates latest advancements in the medical field in his treatments which makes it most effective. The quality standard of his treatment is world class and is a step above many top tier doctors and hospitals that I've seen. Most of all and something every important, Dr. Sanjay is a wonderful human being, who I can tell is in this field of treating people for something beyond money. He sincerely cares for his patients and does what's in their best interest. Dr. Sanjay was a godsend to my father who was at the brink of losing his limbs to diabetes a couple of years ago. During late Sep'21, my father (aged 63 then) started feeling numbness in his feet and very soon started getting diabetic ulcers on his foot. He then started developing gangrene on his foot, which eventually led to losing most of the flesh in his foot leaving his tendons exposed. Scans revealed that there was not enough blood flow below his knee, which didn't allow his ulcer wounds to heal and the gangrene would spread.We visited Dr. Sanjay during Oct'21 who said the healing process might take long but this is treatable and that he will save his limbs. Due to self doubts and a lot of pressure from relatives and friends (who all had good intentions and wanted the best for my father) referred us to numerous specialists around Bangalore. I would have atleast consulted 8 to 10 vascular specialists and ayurvedic specialists (I won't take names but they are considered the best in town) and all of them predicted one thing unanimously that they will "treat my father but the chances are that he will lose both his limbs (amputation was the best way forward)". The consensus based on the reports was that stimulating blood flow to the lower limbs was impossible or won't be that effective. We stuck to Dr. Sanjay who was the only one who was confident that his limbs can be saved. We made sure we strictly followed his instructions and regularly visited (weekly once) the clinic for check ups. Over the course of last 2 years, my father underwent various treatments (Angioplasty, VAC machine, oxygen therapy, stem cell therapy, 3d skin graft, etc.). As of Oct'23, my father still has both his limbs and is begining to walk with the help of a walker (unfortunately he lost his toes in one of his feet despite many efforts). I feel truly blessed that my father is a living testimony that God exists and answers all our prayers and he works through his people like Dr. Sanjay to perform miracles.Dr. Sanjay - On behalf of my entire family, a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating my father. You didn't just save my father's limbs. You gave my father a better quality of life both physically and mentally. I would also like to thank ALL your staff members (especially Ms. Jayashree, Mr. Krishna and Ms. Pratima) who are extremely patient, friendly and empathetic (which is sadly rare in most clinic and hospitals).

We have been seeing Dr. Sanjay Sharma for almost a year regarding a diabetic foot condition for a geriatric patient. He was referred to us by an orthopaedic specialist from HOSMAT.

We have been very fortunate to have access to him.

These are difficult times for medical personnel, but nevertheless I found that he pays a great deal of personal attention to the patient’s problems, and is always approachable. Dr. Sharma communicates easily, and is careful and attentive to the patient’s (and caregiver’s) feedback, giving full attention to their feelings, reactions to the treatment, or discomfort, and re-checks diligently on any areas of concern at the next appointment.

He has always worked personally on any surgical issues, never leaving it to often inadequately trained nurses. His personal attention in dealing with difficult situations such as long-term sepsis, fractures, trimming away dead skin and caring for the feet with properly designed footwear inspires a lot of confidence.

With the nursing staff, he is unwilling to compromise on quality of work and makes sure that they mask, keep surgical equipment sterilized and ready for use in the absence of standard check lists.

I was relieved to find that he does not overmedicate and explains side-effects very clearly. He is also open to sharing insights with other specialists.

He attends to the patient promptly, and we have rarely been kept waiting without reason. I would recommend him to other patients with such problems without hesitation.

Hello this is Ibrahim heremy story here from past 3 months, i am diabetic patient and were an uncured foot wound for quite long years which was on to my right great toe...as i gotta know about dr Sanjay iam really thankful my foot is completely cured the imposible and even a critical case solved by sanjay sir in a very positive way he is too kind and friendly and always give the positivity and the staff named (sunita,Adhi,Ranganna)where i use to visit at sahakrnagar the staf was very caring and well at there work...i once again thank Dr Sanjay wonder person and the staff members.

After reading great reviews on Practo, i decided to visit Dr Sanjay for my foot & ankle pain which has been troubling me for quiet sometime. Here are my observations though...

- I was surprised that he didnt bother to ask me any of my existing ailments like BP, Sugar, vitamin deficiency etc...

- He simply suggested that i stop walking to avoid pain and do cycling....

I dont have to pay Rs 550 to hear this.....i was hoping he will try and investigate and help me with "root cause" on why i am having this and suggest some remedies and medicines but no, that was not the case. He suggested physiotherapy which is generic.

I had lot of expectations from you Dr. Sanjay but i am dis-appointed. I am still struggling with severe pain and experiences like this make my loose faith in doctors who are more tending towards money and fame now....

Dr Sanjay sharma sir is doing excellant job by treating patients in a most effective and friendly manner. Sir will explain clearly the cause and remedy for diabetic foot injuries. Dr's advice is awesome *** ********* ** **** **** ********* I like very much of friendly behaviour of doctor with patients inspite of continuous work from morning to evening. In my case of diabetic foot injury I am very much satisfied with doctors treatment and advice.

I will pray the god to give the doctor good health, wealth and prosperity to serve patients .

I can say that by just knowing my problem he understood and explained how to treat this issue and solve this problem I was facing from 3 to 4 years. I was having ingrown toe nail problem from past 4 years. I got minor surgery on 18th feb 2021. Hoping for the best results. I have a ingrown toe nail problem for both the legs left leg was having more problem next I have to go for my right toe nail. Finger crossed. Visited the clinic for diabetic foot callus problem. Excellent consultation and advice from the doctor. I am very confident after the consultation where the doctor explained very specific reason for my problem and also asked for some tests which I will get done.
