Dr. Swathi & Ekta has helped in my hair growth and sustenance of my hair since last 6months.No other Dr. Had given SoS medicines for genl health. I stay far so, for genl. Health issues I can't physically go to the clinic all the time, Dr Swathi n Ekta through phone calls used to attend me and used to send proper medicines..

The teamwork of both Dr swathi n Ekta has benefitted both in my hair treatment and genl health in a positive way.

They always try to go to the source of the ailment and keep giving new suggestions and technique to tackle that ailment

Eg. For hair growth problem they did my blood test report, they re-took my case history, for dandruff issue they gave me new medicines, for fever cold they gave SoS etc.

Ekta's therapy is phenomenal. She does her work very attentively, passionately and she is in touch with her patients at all time n helps curing their ailments

I woul like to continue to be under their treatment

And highly recommend others to be treated by them.

I initially booked for online consultation by mistake instead of in person consultation, i told the same to the doctor and doctor asked me to come in the evening. Went in the evening for in person consultation, which was not charged. Waited for almost 25 mins as there were too many people waiting. Doctor patiently examined the head and explained the issue. Then we had a session with another doctor for thorough examination of life history and habits and the like. Apparently, medicines are given based on my physical body type, my physcological structure, etc.. They analysed all these and gave medicines. I was totally happy with this. Looks very promising for me. Thanks Doctor for patiently examining and giving medicines. I felt the entire hospital was of service minded. Doctor consultation charge is very nominal for what they are doing.

I have vister doctor few days back for hair treatment. I was being told that bill will be sent over email and I didn't receive it yet and he has verified the email address again.2nd problem, I had been visited many homeopathic doctor around India but it was bit expensive, medicine 2 week around 1500 Rs because of that I won't recommend someelse. I asked to receptionist why so much charges for medicine. He told that this is giving us-based medicine that is why, charges are more so I open the medicine check that there is no single sticker for us-based company name, it was just wrriten of clinic name on each medicine how can we verify whether it is us based or indian without any company tagline however I asked for SBL India then he told me that he will check next time with doctor and will let me know. Doctor is good and I am on treatment and will give feedback in next month as well based on improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience with this homeopathy consultation. Despite having a prior appointment, the consultation took 2.5 hours of time, which was extremely inconvenient.

When I said I would prefer to buy the medicines from outside, they told me I would not get them anywhere else. Trying times is the true test, of how effective the ‘medicines are’/’diagnosis is’.Firstly, my daughter has never fallen sick in the rainy reason in the past years. Winter, yes. I even went in between and collected different medicine on Day 2; based on the further aggravated symptoms that my daughter was showing, with no improvement at all, Day 1 vs Day 2; and based on the doctor’s diagnosis. However, on Day 3 it escalated to wheezing at an oxygen level of below 90. So, the 2 days of varied medicine turned out to be highly ineffective, and this has never happened earlier with homeopathy or allopathy. We were forced to switch back to allopathy, as parents, on Day 3. *** ******** *** **** ***** ** *** ** ********* ********* ** **** *** ***** **** ****************** ** *** ******** Ethically speaking, the clinic should give a prorated refund, irrespective of what is mentioned on the invoice, because no good will come from that money, which is not yours or you don’t deserve to keep. Buying raw materials for the entire year doesn’t cost that high. All consumers know that very clearly. . Once you inform that you don’t want to continue homeopathy anymore, based on the disastrous 3 days that we had to go through, the clinic will not find time to get onto a call to discuss the refund anyway. It's kind of prowling money from patients and their hard money. Reception lady forcing me to take yearly membership of Rs.24000 so that patients get discounts for every billing. Iam wondering for this small clinic what is membership and what is the discounts for medicines?

If you take membership, patients will get 20% discount. Why are charging too much for medicines and why are giving discounts? If you are not paid for membership, they clearly indicated that they are charging extra money. They want the patients to come months together and every time they charge thousands of rupees for medicines. These medicines are too

cost and no MRP printed on the medicines. Simply they charging thousands of rupees. takes for the problem clearing *** **** ****** * ********* ** *** ***** ********* *** **** ***** Do not go to this clinic and demand why such huge amounts collecting for medicines? This is totally a clinic not to choose anyone.

The very first day of the consultation,we were advised for hair treatment sessions which neded 11 consecutive weeks visit to the clinic.We were going out of station,so we requested doctor to start the fall therapy sessions once we are back. Till then we will take the medicines. After coming back, we always got excuses that the slots aren't available. We were asked to keep continuing the medicines and the slots availability will be conveyed. After 6 months of medication,when we could not see reasonable improvement in hairfall ,we were told that comes from the hairfall treatment itself for which slots arent available. I continued taking medicines for another 3 months but was really very upset when the doctor advised to go to Batra for treatment. This wasnt the expected behaviour towards a patient whom you are treating from more than 0.5 yr. Knowledge wise, doctor is good as he understands the problem but the diagnosis/treatment is kept very secretive. Also,there should be an inherent responisibility to keep the commitments one makes to his patients. That was missing as he kept on making false promises to give us the slots. Later someone told me that he has committed a lesser amount to me than other patients.

- Appointment Delayed by one hour.

My appointment was at 8.30PM but I had to wait for one hour to consult the doctor. I had to ask several times for my turn.

- Getting bill receipt on e-mail. (Didn't get till now)

They told me to get my receipt on my e-mail. This is the first time I have heard a clinic saying of getting the bill online. Unfortunately, I didn't receive till now.

- Medicines are so expensive. (Never Expected)

The consultation fee is free. But the cost of medicines is so high. Just a quarter full ointment and two strip homeopathic tablets cost are 650 rupees. That to these medicines are for a week. Simply OMG.

I am completely disappointed.

This is not my first feedback though.

I posted it some 4 months back.

So, i completed almost 7 months of treatment from Dr sanjay.

Now i can happily say that my condition is almost 70% improved.

My parents who saw me after months appreciated the changed me.

Acne have reduced blemishes have lighten and periods are normal.

Though i am still waiting for the best results and will be updating once that is achieved.

Cant believe homeopathy has done the thing which logical treatment like chemical peeling laser failed to do.

@Dr sanjay...cant thank u enough..hoping that the coming months prove out to be more effective and i soon post about my 100% recovery.THANKS AGAIN

Health of my wife Purnima has improved a lot. Her eyes used to swell before, which now is much better, she used to feel lethargic, body pain & sleepy all day & night, which is much better now.

She was adversely affected by the covid vaccine (2nd dose)... after which her health suddenly deteriorated & couldn't even walk properly. she suffered weakness in nerves.

Medical reports were all okay

AFTER TAKING YOUR MEDICINES her health has improved A LOT.

Still she has to improve further. Now also she feels body paid, lethargic, unable to get up in the morning, her eyes & face swell in the morning)though it's etter than befor)
