Doctor’s explanation/communication: I went for a routine eye check-up. The initial vision test was done by the optometrist, and she checked my eyesight very patiently. Unlike many eye clinics where the vision test feels rushed and confusing while changing lenses, she gave proper time until I was fully satisfied and comfortable with the results. She clearly explained the changes compared to my existing spectacles.Later, the doctor consulted with me and explained every doubt and confusion I had in a calm and friendly manner. The doctor made me feel relaxed and answered all my concerns patiently until I was completely satisfied.Things I liked about the doctor: Friendly behaviour, clear explanation, patience, and giving enough time to understand my concerns properly.Areas of improvement for the doctor: It would be helpful if medicines with lower-cost alternative options could also be prescribed whenever possible.
