Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Went to the hospital on a Sunday as my child was coughing badly (note: viral cold and cough). As only emergency service was available, we were made to wait to be attended by the junior doctor, who could not manage all the patients, hence, Dr. Sanjay was asked to come in. On checking my child, he went ahead and started with blood tests, without any consent from the parents (did not even explain what the blood tests were for). When asked, he said, we doubt the child has Asthma, **** **** * ********** **** **** *** ****** ********* *** **** *** ***** *** *** ******** ** ****** ****** *** ****** ******** ** **** ******* ****** ** *** ************ *** ********** ******** ******** * *** **** **** *** ******** ********* **** ***** ** **** While inserting the cannula for medication, he took the charge ahead of the nurse and went ahead spilling my child's blood all over the bed sheets. When asked why he was doing it in such a ruthless manner, his reply was "It is just 10 drops", Well, a mother's heart would bleed to see even one drop being spilled. The doctor went on to say that the child will need to be hospitalized. My daughter was too scared by the chaos being created around and insisted on going home. The doctor said that you can do so at your own risk and that as soon as you take the child home she would turn blue due to lack of oxygen. We requested him to prescribe medications, bought a nebulizer and left the hospital. The medication prescribed was that of wheezing, which I did not want to administer ** * *** **** **** *** *** *** **** ******** *** ****** ******* *********** Went to a local pediatrician the following day, *** *** ******* *********** ********** *** ** ******** *** **** ****** *** ***** This horrific experience has left me shattered ** ** **** ******* *** ** **** ** **** *** ******** ***** *** **** ** ********* Extremely disappointed with this kind of service from cloud nine.
