I consulted Dr. Sandhya Patil for what I initially thought was a simple ear blockage issue. However, after a thorough examination, she recommended a CT scan and prescribed medication for a week to explore possible solutions. The scan revealed a nasal blockage, which was the root cause of my symptoms. Not only did I have ear-related issues, but I was also struggling with poor sleep, low energy, and difficulty focusing at work—all without realizing they were connected to my nasal blockage.

Dr. Patil suggested surgery, and I underwent the procedure on September 14th. Just a week later, I felt like a completely different person. My energy levels skyrocketed, I was finally able to get a good night's sleep, and my overall health drastically improved. I’m more active now than I've been in a long time.

I went with the complaint of my Sinus infection not reducing. On thorough examination, doctor Sandhya suspected my left sinus has been affected and recommended CT Scan. As doctor predicted, report came out true that my left sinus cavity was completely blocked. I have been suffering from Chronic Sinusitis for almost 25 years now. Doctor also said i had a slight DNS as well which was also the cause for problems.

Dr. Sandhya suggested i go for Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty. Honestly i wanted to avoid a surgery as much as possible and this was my first time as well. I however agreed, due to which doctor instilled confidence and explained the procedure. Surgery was done very skillfully and excellently handled overall.

Post surgery i was also asked for regular follow-ups and within 4 weeks the wound has healed.

The doctor is very humble. She patiently heard out all the symptoms and the problems that I was facing.

she prescribed the required medicines and the suggested the required dosages. For all the medicines, she also prescribed an alternative medicine that I could take.

After 5 days i am good and infection is gone as my ear has no pain , irritation and itchiness. There is no extra payment for the next visit or timely check ups.Thank you very much for this i would happily recommend everyone to visit hospital if you have ENT issues.

I had Ear infection couple of week ago and went to Dr Sandhya. She attended me and helped me to understand how sensitive our ears are. We should not be putting any type of cotton buds/hard stuff inside the ear to clean it. Later she cleans my ear avoiding infecfted area and recommend me some tabs and drops as previously i was using some other basic drops to clear the thing. After 5 days i am good and infection is gone as my ear has no irritation, itchiness. Thank you very much for this i would happily recommend everyone to visit hospital if you have ENT issues.

A very positive Doctor, made my Son feel instantly at ease.

She suggested that we should undergo in for adenotonsillectomy for my 6 year old son , as his these glands were enlarged to a considerable size which was obstructing his breathing and swallowing.

She also suggested few tests to be done to check the overall health of my child to see if he was fit for the operation, during this time we also figured out few ailments that he was suffering from, which came into light only with the help of these tests that Doctor suggested.

However in the end he was successfully operated at Fortis hospital by Dr Sandhya.

She has been a life saving Doctor for us, now my son can breath well, smell and eat well.

I have been going to Sandhya past 3 years now and I find her very professional and thorough in her diagnosis. I recently suffered bad headache which was result of chronic Sinusitius. She wasted no time and performed surgery endoscopic sinus surgery. I have not got any headaches since surgery and I have slept more peaceful than I have in years.

Over all, I find Sandhya to be an excellent doctor and surgeon. She does not give unnecessary medication and gives priority to the need of the patients.

Dr Sandhya was eloquent and friendly. She was very easy to discuss my health issue with. She gave an RCA of how and why the issue happened, how should I take care that it doesn't happen in the future.

It was a very jollistic experience, although I wasn't happy with the Hospital.

They asked me to pay 100 rs above the appointment charges as registration charges with the doctor which was shown on Practo. The receptionist at the hospital (3 of them) made it quite difficult for me to tell them I don't want any registration done and just want to meet the doctor.

Hope Practo or Dr Sandhya do something about this practice

I am suffering from high fever n cold n chest congestion. Doctor was doing a procedure so was waiting then doctor came and asked me symptoms. I told doctor i have diabetes and high bp. Doctor did not even check my temperature nor my sugar levels nor bp. Basic vital checks also was not done. When i am suffering from such high fever atleast a nurse or doctor can check these basic checks. She stated in this clinic they dont even have a rbs checking device. ********* *** *** ** ***** ** ********* **** * **** ** **** Wasnt concerned about anything else. I have visited lot of doctors due to my health complications this would be my worst experience.

Hello ,I was lost all most100% tasteing sensation,when I consulted Dr.Sandhya patil she said to go for blood test,i.e vitB12 nd HB,I did nd her guess was correct,it was low nd she gave medicines nd asked to take injection weekly twice,I tuk injection nd tablets for 20 days nd nw I m happy DAT I got taste sensation back,nw 100% OK,fully cured,I m getting taste .she is gud Dr,nd experience d.
