The doctor explained everything well during the consultation. The clinic staff behavior was fine, but I had to wait about 45 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient.

The doctor explained everything clearly and the consultation was satisfactory. Although there was a wait time of about fifteen minutes despite arriving on time, the overall experience was good and I would recommend Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra to others.

I visited Neo Follicle Clinic after seeing the results of a friend’s treatment, and I wanted to improve my hairline and hair density. Like many people, I was initially nervous about getting a hair transplant. I had been thinking about it for nearly two years before finally deciding to go ahead.

When I visited the clinic, I first received counseling from Miss Chandra, and then I met Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra. He explained the entire process in detail in a very friendly and practical way, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident about taking the next step.

The overall experience was much easier than I expected:

1. I completed the blood tests first, which were done for compliance and my own safety.

2. I scheduled the procedure for a weekday, which was a good choice because the clinic was less crowded and most weekdays are reserved for procedures.

3. The staff was very supportive and skilled throughout the process. The procedure took around 5 to 6 hours, so patience is important.

4. After the procedure, I received a clear consultation about the do’s and don’ts.

5. I stayed home for about 15 days, Although I started working from home for 2 days of my procedure. After that, I could go out normally without covering my head. It looked like I had simply shaved my head. Only pain was , sleeping in straight position was little uncomfortable for 2 days.

6. After one month, I slowly resumed my workouts. I avoided swimming for a while.

7. I am now in my 6th month after the transplant, and I have regained my natural look. No one can tell that I had anything done.

My message to others is: don’t be afraid to take the step. I spent two years overthinking it, and I truly feel I should have done it much earlier. The procedure is completely normal, and so far I have had no side effects or health issues at all.

I am sharing this to encourage others who may be hesitating because of fear or mental barriers. If you are considering it, take the time to understand the process and move forward with confidence. It can make a real difference in how you feel about yourself.

Just keep in mind one thing. Trust the process whatever instructions clinic is giving you. It works pretty well.

Had my appointment with Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra, Very disappointing experience. I had booked my appointment for 11:30 AM but had to wait till around 12:30 PM, ***** *** ******* ************

During the consultation, the doctor assumed his trainee had explained everything to me regarding diet and skincare, but no such explanation was given. Overall, I did not feel heard or comfortable during the visit. Sadly, I will not be coming here again.

I have been to Dr. Sandeep after a long research of Hair Transplants done in Bangalore. Also I did consider options outside Bangalore. However logistics related issues made me discard that option.

I had one consultation with Dr. Sandeep and decided to go ahead. WHY??? Well he seemed reliable. I was clear on one point that I wanted to do my transplant with a Dr and not a clinic with a brand.

3rd February 2019, 9:30 AM I was at the new clinic of Neo Follicle (Derma Solutions) for the surgery.

Pre-Surgery:

They kept it simple, explained pros and cons. Most important they are approachable. And they know that we come with our own research.

Day of Surgery: Clean environment (Mind you I was at the new clinic). No comments on the equipments used as I am not an expert. All I liked as an end user is that they made me comfortable. Was I scared? Yes a bit.

Punctuality: Good

During Surgery: Let me answer the biggest question. PAAAINNN: Well its a surgery, now pain is a personal perception. To me I felt only needle pricks at times, similar to when you get blood tests done. Anesthesia is used with sleeping tablets so basically you wont know even if they drill your head.

So is there a fear of PAIN, not really.. Its absolutely manageable. That is surely not a thing to hold you back. Atleast in my case.

The most difficult part is lying down for like 6-7 hours. Specially extraction as you need to sleeping looking down.

Second half, I missed a TV :) Would have been bit more fun. Althouh Dr. Sandeep sings well :)

Post Surgery: Medicines were provided and explained dos and dont's. Pain: Not at all. Only problem was to lie down as the extraction zone is packed with a bandage.

Day After Surgery: Bandage removed, and healing starts. Pain: No

A week after surgery: Healing almost compelte.

After two weeks: Checkup with DR

A month Later (NOW): Shedding period is on. Few hairs shedded off. Which is said to be normal.

Medicines continue and can see existing hair grow a bit.

FINALLY, Am I happy. Well with Derma Solutions yes.

RESULTS, now thats something I will have to wait and comment. Dr. says I should get good results. But thats the inevitable bad part of the technique. You need to wait and watch. Will check up next in 2 months.

Price: I dont want to disclose, but it was a fair deal and reasonable compared to all other clinics I went. As long as I get good results I will be happy.

However please note maintenance is a costly affair.

Who Performs the Surgery: Dr. Sandeep himself, in presence of his team. That was my primary condition and I thank him for being their throughout.

Conclusion: I would refer Derma solutions with what I went through till now. Results as said will have to wait.

I had puss accumulation on one of my fingers.I went to get it checked because Dr. SANDEEP was available immediately.But little did I know that Dr. SANDEEP won't be consulting.

First my appointment was rescheduled and then I had to consult with a junior doctor because the doctor was not available.It turned out I need to go through a small procedure. I have visited Neo Follicle hair Transplant clinic for hair transplant and received a clear explanation of the entire process of pre and post hair transplant. On the first visit itself, doctor has concluded the number of grafts required for the scalp area. And the treatment has done almost with same count which has covered most of the scalp.

Right after the doctor visit, had received a clear explanation and consultation from the Doctor’s counsellor - Chandra which has given the clear picture of how the entire process goes and also clarified most of the doubts and concerns about the treatment.

Even the treatment went very smooth and painless. Post the treatment, team is always helpful in clarifying any kind of concerns wrto hair health and growth. Its been a month and doing good so far and continuing my GFC sessions for better growth.

I live in Europe but did a bit of research before homing in on getting my FUE done in India(not getting into the nitty gritty of why but there was a reason).

I enquired with 4 centres and eventually decided to go with Neo Follicle clinic. Reason was simple, I found the replies that I got from Chandra, clear, straightforward and correct.

At no point I felt that things are being sold to me. The cost for 4000 grafts was also reasonable quite frankly. I also spoke with Dr. Sandeep and got answers to all the queries. In fact, because there is a long travel involved, I was suggested to stay in Bangalore for 5 days so that if in case some assistance is required, it can be given.

In fact I did visit the clinic a few times post FUE and was always assisted in no time. So all in all, I found the team genuine and helpful. From management perspective, the entire process was looked after by Chandra very efficiently.

On the D - day, the procedure started on time and all the staff was very courteous and positive. For cleanliness freaks like me, the clinic and the OT were spick and span.

Before the FUE, I was given a PRP session at no cost. The entire process was long but carried by Pooja and Manju with finesse. Both were very good at their work and I can speak volumes of praises about them. Dr. Sandeep himself performed transplantation for some time and then supervised for rest of the procedure from time to time.

During the procedure Dr Sandeep suggested to have another FUE of 1.5K grafts next day and I fully agreed with it. It was at a negligible cost to be honest(as good as free). Thank you again Dr Sandeep.

So I had another session and this time it was Navneet who was absolutely brilliant at his work.. Very efficient and skilled I must say. Manju was there too.

Its been 1 month since then and I’m following every thing post procedure by the book. Hoping for positive results. Fingers crossed.
