Dr. Sandeep Dixit

Last year was bad for my leg :) Faced 3 independent health problems and thanks to Dr Sandeep, all the health issues have gone away.

I am 40 years of age. A year back I was feeling pain in my ankles and was dragging my feet. I consulted the orthopaedic department of a multi-speciality hospital. After X-ray, the junior doctor concluded that there is a bone extension and suggested physiotherapy, customized footwear and the possibility of corrective surgery. This diagnosis and treatment were seconded and approved by the senior doctor in that department.

Dejected, I sought a 2nd opinion from Dr Sandeep. After listening to my symptoms, he suspected Vitamin D deficiency and asked for a blood test. Sure it was Vitamin D, and after taking supplements prescribed by the doctor, my ankle and other pain has gone away.

After a few months, I was feeling a pricking sensation in my knee. Again, based on my symptoms, the doctor suspected it could be gout. Sure the blood test showed up high uric acid levels. After taking treatment, this health issue is under control.

Towards the year end, I hurt my leg during exercising. The doctor suggested ultrasound and it showed up muscle tear. After resting for few weeks, the leg is fine now.

Dr Sandeep is very cheerful, listens to the patients and importantly is able to diagnose the health problem correctly. ** ** **** ** ******* *** ******* ********* *** help the patients to recover from the health problem. Hence I highly recommend for any kind of orthopaedic consultation.

Like many moms out there, my mom also cycled through the various phases starting with increasing knee pain, seeking multiple medical opinions as well as alternative treatments for knee pain and basically absolute certainty that she didn’t want surgery. She needed someone like Dr. Sandeep Dixit to change her mind, while her own family could not. She agreed to undergo knee replacement surgery only on the condition that Dr. Dixit would be her surgeon. He made her feel at ease, answered all her questions regardless of how many times she asked them, reassured her and held her hand every step of the way. He has redefined the meaning of the phrase, “good bedside manner” and set a new benchmark for the same. He has the unique ability to make the patient feel very relaxed and comfortable, and more importantly, to trust him completely. Now that I’ve interacted with Dr. Dixit, I will not accept any less from any other doctor!

My mother was suffering from knee pain for a long time. Got to know about Dr Sandeep Dixit through one of my friend and I took my mother to him. After diagnosis he suggested some knee exercises for few days. But when the pain did not decrease, he suggested to go for MRI.

Going through the report he suggested for ACL tear reconstruction surgery. He explained us what had happened internally with the help of knee model and he also explained how the surgery will be performed. He filled confidence in my mother that everything would be fine after the surgery.

The surgery took around 2 hrs. On the same day of surgery by evening in doctor's supervision with the help of a walker my mother was able to walk a few steps. Though it was difficult for my mother doctor encouraged her filled confidence in her.

She was discharged in 3 days. Doctor suggested some simple exercises which she had to perform at home on her own with some medication.

She recovered smoother than expected. She was able to walk on her own within 40 day and doing really well now.

Dr Sandeep was very kind and supported my mother for such speedy recovery.

On 12th Dec 2016 I fell down from scotty and I am not able to walk properly, Dr. Sandeep Dixit suggested to MRI scan. As per MRI report my left side ligament is completely torn and suggested for ACL surgery. After one week my knee operated by doctor, after that I am feeling better, I can able to walk myself, Sir is very caring about patient, even after finishing his duty hours, he used to call duty nurse and asked about patient condition. During my physiotherapy treatment also he guided me and initially I am not able to bend because of pain, sir strictly told you must try o bend or else it's difficult in future..now I can walk and bend easily. I am very happy with Dr. Sandeep Dixit's treatment.

My son Akshat Todi had a fracture in his hand and as soon as we rushed to the hospital, the emergency department had responded very quickly, Dr.Sandeep Dixit had treated him. The doctor had very politely explained the necessary treatment and had clearly explained everything. He took really good care of my son and it felt like he was treating his own family member. Dr. Sandeep is very experienced and very polite and well mannered. I would recommend to go to people tree hospitals because all doctors and nursing staff work as a team always. I would rate 10/10 for Dr. Sandeep.

Dr. Sandeep Dixit diagnosed and explained the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury that had occurred to me in simple terms. He made me understand that surgery was must and he helped me better prepare for it by explaining the surgery details and possible complications. Because of his expertise operation went well and I was able to walk on my feet the very next day. With proper physiotherapy tips from him I regained my strength within a matter of few weeks and I was walking normally, climbing stairs, hop and even run a short distance. I met with an accident and my shoulder bone took the impact which resulted in severe fractures. My bone was shattered into pieces. I consulted more than 3doctors about my fracture. at first I went to the good clinics like apollo Spectre and Colombia Asia. But i was disappointed as these docs just asked me to get surgery done which was really costly rather than addressing the problem I have.

I had my doubts so I visited practo and booked an appointment for dixit Ortho care.

Dr. Santosh was amazingly good. He knew what to do and addressed my issue properly. He didn't care about the expensive surgery like others even though he was a surgeon. He told me that with enough exercises and care I can get better than getting a rod and plate in my arm.

AND IT DID. AM FEELING GREAT NOW. SO SO THANKFUL TO THIS DOC FOR GUIDING ME PROPERLY.

Doctor service was so well that even he was in touch with the nursing staff at night time regarding his patients.
