Dr. Sandeep was quick, comforting, and quite helpful* ** *** *** ***** ******** ***** ******** I definitely recommend him for dental problems.

Been visiting Dr. Sandeep from Tooth Affairs, Kaggadasapura now for over 10 years. He is now more of a family dentist attending to our various Dental consultations and advising the right kind of treatment to all of us. As a result the overall dental hygiene has improved tremendously as also our personal Hygiene. He is friendly, dedicated,focused and cost-effective. His Treatment his top class so is his team! All the Dental procedure is done under strict supervision. The ambience of his clinic is top class. Sanitizing protocol is followed strictly. Overall a world class effective treatment at a reasonable cost!

I have known Dr. Sandeep for the last 5 years now, he is the best Dentist in East bangalore. He explained my dental issue in detail and gave me the best options available. I have undergone full mouth Root Canal(RC), he has removed the myth that RC's are pain full. He takes care of his patient's very well makes them comfortable and does his job with ease.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sandeep for any dental issues. They are a blessing in my area Kaggadaspura (East Bangalore) other wise ppl in my area have to travel a lot to other places.

I would like to thank him and his entire team for all those wonderful services they are providing.

I am not sure what is the correct option to select over here for the above questions because, I made an appointment for Dr Sandeep, but I never met him. So the feedback options provided above are irrelevant to me. My experience is as below -

The location in google maps is not correct. Firstly had to struggle to find the exact location of the clinic by calling them up multiple times. Finally when I reached the clinic they claimed to have moved to this new location which is not updated in google maps. Me and my wife visited the clinic on time. I had the appointment for both me and my wife for Dr Sandeep as the reviews were good for the doctor even though the consultation fee was on a higher side for Dr Sandeep. Reaching the clinic on time, had the registration done for both of us. I was asked to lie down on a dental bed for examination. The process was good, and as per expectations. A female doctor visited me and treated my issues, but the clinic members did not inform me that Dr Sandeep is not available/not taking up my case.

When i pay higher price for a doctor, I expect that doctor to treat me. Even though i did not have any such problem with the doctor who treated me and my wife, but this did not look ethical to me. You bill me higher according to senior doctor and I get treated by someone else! I can see the Practo assurance to meet Dr Sandeep which never happened. Dr Sandeep charges 500 INR for consultation but others charge 300 INR for consultation. Its a straight loss for 200 INR for both me and my wife.

Came here for crown placement on a tooth whose crown got removed and lost.

They didn't take the measurements properly due to which the ceramic cap which came was not fitting properly. In order to fit, they had to trim the crown so much that metal started to be visible.

When I confronted them, they gave some excuses telling that my teeth height is more. Even though I had a perfect ceramic crown placed earlier on it.

They didn't accept their mistake and kept on telling that they are no. 1 in the city.

I decided to visit this doctor. Doctor has seen the problem and assigned a lady assistant doctor. Now this assistant doctor made my entire tooth hollow, I keep telling don't remove existing filling, do a top up. But she keep on telling me it's standard process, to do a filling we need to remove entire old filling, dig more and then put a new filling. However once all done, I was unable to bite since this new filling was colliding with upper one. *** *** *** **** ** ***** **** ******* *** called Dr Sandeep who solved it.Now I will loose this tooth since she drilled it so deep that during treatment only I was feeling pain. * ***** **** *** ***** *** **** *****.I decided to never visit this doctor again.

Great doctor. Calm,polite and competent* ****** ** **** **** ********* ** **** ***** Clean facilities with all the conveniences. However the receptionist at the Indiranagar branch was very inefficient. Could not communicate available timings properly which was particularly important since the doctor doesn't sit at that branch throughout the day. She needs thorough training on how to handle appointments and also to mention constraints straight away instead of at the last minute. Also didn't fix appointments formally till one day before the predefined time.

I had an overall awesome experience starting from staff members, treatment, doctors and the suggestions provided for my ailment. *** **** ****** *** ******** ** ****** ** ***** ** ******* ************

I can say that 'I am a totally Satisfied Patient'. I recommend this place for any age group since I have a first hand experience of the same as different generations have visited this clinic from my family for various tooth ailments and the issue has not recurred.

I have been going from 2008 onwards and I have had the best experience in the treatment of my teeth's.RCT recently I got done in November was just 45 minutes sitting procedure was done very neatly and no complains and no sitting required after 1 session.
