Dr Samskruthi P Murthy has completed her MCh Head and Neck Surgery / Oncology from prestigious Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi. She has also completed her Fellowship in Head and neck Oncology from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. She has profound ability in performing simple / complex oral cavity resections, total /partial laryngectomy, maxillectomy, skull base surgeries, radical neck dissection, thyroidectomy and parotidectomy. She also has rich experience in local/ regional flaps and free flaps to reconstruct complex defects like maxillectomy, mandibular, total pharyngeal and total glossectomy defects. She also has great proficiency in dysphagia and swallowing rehabilitation, alaryngeal speech rehabilitation. She has won various awards including Best Publication by Indian Author , Best Research Award at National/ International conferences . She has authored several publications in reputed Journals and has authored various book chapters.
