Dr. Sampath Kumar

He is Very Good, we went to him as a second opinion *** *** ********* ** ******* as the Brest Lump is second time coming from the same place where I operated 3.5 year back. All believe that it might be a cancer but Dr Sampt kumar take all the risk give the confidence and operated it very nice way. He is very much patient friendly also. He did the operation in very much of root cause analysis and in optimize way. For me he is very good any body can trust on his experience and go for general surgery.

Good experience.. though very costly and few areas of improvement is required. Billing and insurance team are not friendly .. they are irritated with the work..

we went for genral consulatation for fever and they said to admit and later they started doing some tests and told that all are normal but Gall Blader have stones and chest is formed with cougha and , they asked me to go for Gall Bladder surgery( But not mandatory now) But i still gave signal to go a head, they planned for surgery..before that they did some formalities..later they asked patient do fasting before surgery...thy said morning was surgery planned and to be prepared...we are hoping to be done on time...morning they said that surgery would be at 9AM later postponed to 11 30...and later 2 pm and gone up 4

Reason for Late: OT is not free( Such big corporate hospital is running without any plans and schedules ) I agree if one or 2 hrs is delayed

Patient is still in fasting..He is Diabetic 70 yrs old man...they started some IV fluids..but due to severe cold they said no stopFluids...He is letraly going unconscious ...almost 18hrs no food..Diabetic

Finally they have taken to OT @ 4PM and we are watching the status on TV screen....

after 15 mins..thy called me n said Chest is not clear so not able to proceed

Before planning for surgery did they dont go n do all required tests??

I Dont knw for whom i need to escalate this...

I Did not like the way they treated and convincing the attendees and the way of response

I saw this doctor for Haemorrhoids in Manipal hospital, I did the treatment with other doctors in past so I have an idea of how the treatment could be. ** ****** **** ** * ****** ******** *** ** **** ****** ** ********* *** **** he was not ready to talk much on the issue and seems to be in a rush.

I wantedd my hernia to get repaired only by stitches minus the mesh. I conveyed my concerns and desire to dr. sampath regarding this and he very wel understood my plight. He did the surgery efficenlty and assured me that he has done a fine job that i may not need a mesh in future n my hernia wouldnt return again. Im 5 days post op feeling great already and to top it all he had given me lotsa advises n instruction to spend the rest of my life im a normal way. Thanx doc.

Took my father for fistula treatment and Dr Sampath suggested very long procedure of doing surgery 3 times every 3 months. **** **** ** **** *** ****** ******* *** ** ****** *** ****** **** **** *** ******* ** ******* ***** ******. Everyone should go for second or third opinion and should not rely on just one consultation

Got my mother in law treated for Hernia surgery. even being diabetic and overweight, doc did the surgery very well

She was in good hand and recovered well.
