** ***** ****** ** *** **** ************* I can say this with some authority as we have lived in multiple cities in multiple countries and hence had to have a pediatrician in each place for our kids. Dr Sagar Sharma is the kindest, most patient of them all. He is also highly knowledgeable. He truly cares for the children. My baby has separation anxiety but he still easily goes to Dr Sagar. I think it's because doctor is always calm and cheerful. He answers all our questions and understands our worries. He never brushes off new parents concerns and patiently explains everything. I highly recommend Dr Sagar Sharma to all parents of little ones.

Doctor was nice and handled baby very well. But the Srujana hospital Receptionist was too arrogant and was answering very rudely. I heard the same opinion from other people waiting there as well. Also, when the transaction got cancelled while making payment she acted as though I have ran away from hospital without making payment. But the fault was with the connection they had in the swiping machine. I suggest to have a good receptionist so that doctor as well as Srujana hospital will not loose its customers/patients.

Experience with doctor was very good. However, the experience with billing counter/receptionist was really bad due to her un welcomingbehaviour. Firstly, she insisted on token to queue management - good. But she started putting people ahead of us without token. When I objected , she tried to cover up with manufactured story. Probably my last visit here :(

After our first consultation with Prashanth P which we were not at all satisfied, we decided to change the doctor and go to doctor Sagar Sharma at Motherhood hospital.
