Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Doctor calls back after 30 minutes that he has Personal Engagements and will not be able to make it to the clinic and recommends an another Dentist and asks me to meet later part of the day. Eventually, a person from the clinic calls up to say that the Doctor is not answering the call. I call it as immaturity at its peak and best. Needs to show some sort of responsibility to their patients who are in need of help.
