Dr. Safiya made me feel comfortable during my first consultation and helped clear some of my guilts. The staff was cooperative, which added to the positive experience. However, the waiting time was longer than expected and test charges were high.
Dr. Safiya M.S was very friendly and guided me properly with the medication. She explained in detail the steps to take for treatment at home. I am very satisfied and thankful for the care she provided.

The doctor was not even ready to speak 10 minutes for our first consultation. I went as bystander and she even told me to do the test which cost 3000 rupees. both of us we paid around 7600 rupees, which includes the consultation fee. When we went the second time to analyze the report, again they charged 1500 rupees for consultation. The hospital management was insisting that we go with their package. Since we were not ready to do that, they didn't communicate with us properly regarding the next visit and therapy session. While consulting doctors, the people were kept coming to the doctor's room, and it made us more uncomfortable. The doctor's approach was not comfortable to open up. ******** * **** **** *** ********** ** *** ******** *** *** ****** ** *** ************* ************* **** ***** **** ** ***** ** *** ******* We felt even more depressed after consulting her.

I came to the doctor for treatment of anxiety disorder. When I came to her for the 1st time I was very anxious and trembling. The medicine which she prescribed helped me to calm down and take certain decisions that has helped me professionally. I was abt to leave my job in the spur of the moment as I was worried about one paper which I had as backlog. I did not know how to manage the situation as I was facing the challenge of handling job and studying for the exam which made me feel anxious all the time. Eventually I cleared the paper in revaluation and feel happy to have not taken the decision of quitting the job.
What I want from the doctor is if she could clarify certain questions which I have, in the subsequent online followup sessions provided by practo. This could help, as remembering all the questions at the time of appointment is difficult.
She is very friendly and her approach is quite calming. All in all I liked the doctor and am looking forward to follow-up on the treatment and guidance to make my life better.
I've been to several psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors in the past.
I feel like Dr. Safiya, in just one appointment managed to convince me that she's far more capable than all the others combined.
I've never had a doctor who's so perceptive and open with her patients. She explains things beautifully, and shows a genuine concern for your issues.
She sees the underlying problem and has very logical, realistic solutions to ease the impact of mental illness on your life.
I find Dr. Safiya extremely promising. Her honestly was refreshing and when she told me that continuing down the same path all my life would isolate me from the real World, I felt like those were just the words I needed to hear, to get motivated into rectifying my behaviour. Most other doctors beat around the bush, and wouldn't look past medication as a means of treating me.
I highly recommend Dr.Safiya to anyone who feels like there's no hope of recovery. Because there's always a way to get better, and Dr.Safiya WILL help you find it.

Dr. Safia is expert & experienced in her field. Her patience in diagonising and explaining the health issues, makes the patient feel better & builds up hopes of getting healed quickly. I am getting my wife treated with Dr. Safiya. I had been to other psychiatrist earlier & was taking treatment for around 10 years. They give some very light medication to be continued for years together & doesn't treat the actual ailment. By visiting here I can notice considerable changes & satisfaction of the patient within a week of starting the treatment.I would like to recommend Dr. Safiya to all the patients suffering from issues related to mind, brain, behaviour. Psychiatric & psychological ailments.God willing you will find your cure.May God bless her & her family & reward her for her noble work.
Based on my experience, I will not recommend the doctor .
1. The initial explanation to my problem was fine. It's written in the doctor's profile that she does counselling and therapy but when we discussed about it, she mentioned that someone else will be called to the clinic for same. I work in the creative fields and she made some generic assumption about the ailment and profession. Not encouraging. Also there were no clear line of action.
2. The receptionist tried to give the medicines saying that it's not available outside. Later another clinic near my house mentioned that the tablet was available but with a different brand name. Next she made me give vote for the doctor. I think it has to be voluntary.

Happy with: Explanation of the health issue
Told everything what is going to myself and doctor is understanding my problem but she didn't understand,
As I said her I'm not happy to stay with my family they give me emotional torcher and pressure.
Because I have not born and raised with my parents
I have bought up by my grandparents but they are no more
Even though Doctor is not understanding my concern
If I go meet my friends and loved ones in my native
I will be alright and will be finding some pace of mind
So doctor said not to go to my native and I felt little bad.
Why because there are no one to speak to me
Neither I have friends here in Bangalore nor my siblings speaks with me polite way.
Thanks
Regards
