Dr. Nirmal showed me what was in my tooth on his equipment screen. After seeing the extent of decay, I agreed for a root canal procedure, and I feel that I was thoroughly informed about the implications of the treatment. During the procedure, Dr. Nirmal was constantly checking if I was comfortable with the sensitivity in my tooth. He injected a precise amount of anesthesia at the moment it was needed, in fact I didn't even feel any prick when he injected it (I am scared to any kind of injections still :) ). After the procedure, Dr. Nirmal took time to explain the next steps and how long the next procedure would take so that I could plan my next appointment well in advance.

Our experience with thye doctor was excellent.

1) Inspite of sudden down pore he maintained his appointment.

2) He had explained about the treatment he would be giving in details including the expenditure involved.

3) Of-cource the treatment has been completed to our complete satisfaction.

4) The communications from him thorough the email as well as SMS were complete.

Experience verygood. Treatment was painless . Doctor did the procedure methodically signalling his expertise.
