Dr. Rizwana Tasneem

* **** ******* *** ************ ****** surrounded by very average and rude staff who are incapable. Average waiting time for every visit is 5-6 hrs in the clinic. Too tiring and takes a toll on the body. There could be a token system and we can call and come when our number is due. The staff know zero percent about organisation and give same time to all patients. Scan doctor de. Asma is always on phone when checking and is totally rude and indifferent. Just for the sake of Dr. Rizwana and her amazing dedication to help patients I bearing so much pain.

The patients can call the Clinique and get one number allocated and whenever the doctor comes the patients can start going in number wise after being informed by the staff over phone. If anyone is late the next number can go in. This system is happening across all clinics . Wish city clinic would hire new and capable staff to manage the crowd. All who come here are very unhappy because of the amount of time they are waiting. It is highly irritating on the part of the staff that they give one same time to all patients .

Please please please improve so that people leave the clinic with a smile and not in the stage of collapse. I am in my 9th month and have been coming here since 4th month. Still nothing has changed inspite of so many requests. Even the receptionist lady Rita etc lie about first come first serve as they send in people who shout at them first. That's not fair or professional. But all this struggle is warranted only for DR. Rizwana * ***** ********** *******

I m vry happy wit Dr rizwana n her service. Allah has given shifa in her hands... patients feel safe n secure wit her... N i m from one of those lucky ones ...she s d best doctor I have ever seen In my life... I agree Der a is a lot of waiting tym... But v should know dat every good thing is not easily is available.:-) the whole time u wait to meet her pays off when she treats u... rizwana ma'am needs no brand to sponsor her ,she has her own identity,her name is enough to pull d crowd in her clinic... I feel Der is only one word to describe her is Dr. perfect:-) v love u for d efforts u put in to satisfy ur patients ma'am,keep up d good job..may Allah bless u wit good health .

Dr. Rizwana is a genuine n dutiful practitioner. Proud of her not just by her friendly nature,but the way she putforth issues related to patient health is commendable and appreciated.

I happened to visit her since last month October 2nd. The way she interacted was superb. Within short span Alhamdulillah by Allah's grace always she did IUI procedure thru which I conceived. Masha Allah i am very much grateful to Allah for blessing me to hv my future baby yet to be born in d hands of Dr. Rizwana.

She is very religious and cure is a sort of blessings to all the patients who visits her. She is Super Talented, professional,friendly,hv patience and optimistic in approaching the patients. Hats off to you dearest Dr. She is just normal n down to earth person. Allah khair aur hifazat karein. Nazer se bachchaye ameen summa ameen.

Staff, assistant's n Dr. Rizwana complete process of dealing patients is superb. Slightly waiting time should reduce. Hope for d best.
