* **** ******* *** ************ ****** surrounded by very average and rude staff who are incapable. Average waiting time for every visit is 5-6 hrs in the clinic. Too tiring and takes a toll on the body. There could be a token system and we can call and come when our number is due. The staff know zero percent about organisation and give same time to all patients. Scan doctor de. Asma is always on phone when checking and is totally rude and indifferent. Just for the sake of Dr. Rizwana and her amazing dedication to help patients I bearing so much pain.

The patients can call the Clinique and get one number allocated and whenever the doctor comes the patients can start going in number wise after being informed by the staff over phone. If anyone is late the next number can go in. This system is happening across all clinics . Wish city clinic would hire new and capable staff to manage the crowd. All who come here are very unhappy because of the amount of time they are waiting. It is highly irritating on the part of the staff that they give one same time to all patients .

Please please please improve so that people leave the clinic with a smile and not in the stage of collapse. I am in my 9th month and have been coming here since 4th month. Still nothing has changed inspite of so many requests. Even the receptionist lady Rita etc lie about first come first serve as they send in people who shout at them first. That's not fair or professional. But all this struggle is warranted only for DR. Rizwana * ***** ********** *******

Dr. Rizwana Iqbal madam is a Godsend, We recommend her whole heartedly. She is very approachable and Understanding.

My Wife was having PCOD / PCOS and We were trying to have a baby from two years of our marriage and consulted few doctors before and were taking treatment with no results.

Dr. Rizwana Iqbal came highly recommended from our relatives.

Initially, I was sceptical thinking - My wife who was working and have to take leave everytime for consultation and treatment since the Hospital was on the other side of the city and far from where we stay. All these travel might be counter productive for the treatment.

At last, We decided to atleast take consultation for atleast a second opinion. When we meet her she thoroughly went through all the history of treatments and suggest to do few more tests to see if there and any more underlying problems and some procedure to make sure everything is in order to start the treatment.

All done, Treatment started and in just two months we have the result. It's nothing short of a miracle.

All the waiting in the clinic and traveling was worth it. ("Faith and Patience" will always deliver)

Note* : I See There are mentions in reviews saying wait time for consultation is more. I understand even we had to wait.

Depends on your Priorities, if you want results sometime you have to wait for best doctor. Take appointment and be early that can help.

N i m from one of those lucky ones ...she s d best doctor I have ever seen In my life... I agree Der a is a lot of waiting tym... I had been to this hospital for the very first time looking at practo reviews.

Cons:

>2 hours of wait time. When asked do I have to fill some form.they sais no.

>Paid consultation Fee of Rs.500. However, staff demanded for registration fees of Rs.150 stating it's a protocol. One of the staff was so rude whether you get further treatment or not you have to pay registration fees.

> Upon further argument. They agreed just to take consultation fees.. very bad experience.. Poor management. Needs improvement.

Dr Rizwana has been excellent in explaining the health condition of the patient. However the staff is inadequately inexperience and unprofessional. We took an appointment at the said time and we were on time but it was a mistake from the staff that he had given a wrong time and we end up waiting for 3 hrs. Hopefully Dr Rizwana reads this message and help in improvising the staff at her clinic. The slogan says '' Good Health Matters'' please also respect the time, that is respect the time of other people as well.

Dr. Rizwana is a genuine n dutiful practitioner. Proud of her not just by her friendly nature,but the way she putforth issues related to patient health is commendable and appreciated.

I happened to visit her since last month October 2nd. The way she interacted was superb. Within short span Alhamdulillah by Allah's grace always she did IUI procedure thru which I conceived. Masha Allah i am very much grateful to Allah for blessing me to hv my future baby yet to be born in d hands of Dr. Rizwana.

She is very religious and cure is a sort of blessings to all the patients who visits her. She is Super Talented, professional,friendly,hv patience and optimistic in approaching the patients. Hats off to you dearest Dr. She is just normal n down to earth person. Allah khair aur hifazat karein. Nazer se bachchaye ameen summa ameen.

Staff, assistant's n Dr. Rizwana complete process of dealing patients is superb. Slightly waiting time should reduce. Hope for d best.

The wait time is huge. This needs to be more organized. I walked in to the clinic at 2 and it took 4.5 hours for me to step out. This is only for consultation with the doctor and scanning. You need to be more organized so that we do not waste time waiting in the clinic. Other clinics and hospitals do not take so much time. Please go for the training program to the hospitals and clinics where they don't take so much time and are much organized. This is unacceptable and I will surely think twice to come again as I have many other choices. Improve now or you will loose all customers....

I was not allowed to meet the doctor. For three days they made me run around for an appointment. Finally my appointment was fixed for Monday 18 th July at 5.00pm. I reached the clinic before time. The receptionist is a very rude and arrogant lady. She said so what if your appointment is there. It makes no difference if u have reached on time. Here it is first come first serve. She made me sit for one hour.Sent patients who came after me and when enquirer behaved very stubborn and arrogant and after one hour I finally left the clinic WITHOUT meeting the doctor.

I have been going to see Dr. Rizwana for about a year now..I've always a had positive experience .I came in with a health issue of polycystic ovaries..and was having trouble trying to conceive...Dr. Rizwana has a friendly approach and provided excellent medication and her treatment has undoubtedly been effective...due to which I conceived within 2-3 months..my 9th month of pregnancy is on...hoping to have a safe and normal delivery... The only thing I would suggest overall for the clinic is to work on organising the appointment timing .
