I had been suffering from itchy and watery eye (right eye). constant staring at monitors/tv, riding a 2wheeler whenever breeze blows in, my right eye used to get teary lot. the problem started increasing nd it gave me frequent problems, though it didn't hamper the eyesight. wanted a check up, looked up in Practo for an ophthalmologist. found Dr. Rinku Das to be recommended based on my location. the appointment was an easy process.(December 2019)went to the clinic at Sarjapur rd, confirmed my booking id and waiting time was less than 15mims being a weekday.met doc. she was patient while listening to the problem. asked few questions. did an initial diagnosis there itself, being emphatic nd careful.gave me 2 eye drops to be used for a week and a follow up check up was scheduled. I felt comfortable after using the drops nd went after a week. informed her about the progress. she did a check up once again to and advised to continue the medicine for a month nd advised to wear a powerless specs to avoid electronic light emitting from devices.After the usage of both the drops, the problem has reduced drastically. I would say now 99% of the time my right eye doesn't get watery. Thanks Dr. Das for your consultation & advise

The staff is very unfriendly. The wait time is more and if you want to get more clarity they will not help.I would not recommend this hospital.

Hello Mr Ravindra Spoke to the staffs today about your concern and your feedback. On enquiry , They informed me that you had visited an optical shop for making glasses but they informed to recheck the numbers. Ideally all of my patients go ahead with my prescription. But you wanted a recheck of the eyes which we had agreed on and appointment was schedule. since last Monday .,you have been repeatedly cancelling the appointments on weekdays citing your work commitments which we understand. Only last Saturday , You wanted an appointment . When my staffs have politely asked you on a Monday . As already lot of appointments were there . But appointment was schedule on 6 pm on a Saturday which you couldn’t show up . And now a negative review the very next day where our clinic was not at fault . Our staffs have tried to accommodate you on every possible way and also willing to accommodate you for your concerns . We also expect a little understanding from our patients to keep up for the appointment time and date without disturbing other patients schedule. Thanks
