We always tell our patients that Saturdays will be busy so waiting time will be more. And it is accepted by all my patients.
Your complaint was I was rushing up with the patients. There was no rushing up to see patients. Before you there were 3 kids and a 70 year old lady to be examined. And they waited patiently for there turn to come. And I expected a young patient like you to be more understanding compared to the kids and old patients.
Your complaint was a rude behaviour.There was no rude behaviour. My staffs have asked you politely to wait as there were patients before you.
Monday to Fridays are less busy so you can always come for a check up . And you will not have long waiting time and less complaints.
I want my patients to read these and be little patient on Saturdays and be kind to kids and old patients.
