Riddhi is a life saver. A very close friend recommended her to me and I consider myself extremely lucky to have found and have access to a psychologist like her, as and when I need. Her professional ethics are beyond par and she makes me feel like I'm in a safe and protected environment. Her ability to understand my concerns and explain why I was going through what I was going through really gave me perspective and helped me help myself. Her techniques enabled me to slowly relieve myself of the need for constant support from friends, family or professionals and instead apply calm and clear thinking for myself, as a result of which I am a lot more in control of my emotions today. While my course of regular sessions with her lasted for 3 months, every alternate week, I still make sure that I check in with her, on a need basis and to make sure I'm constantly progressing. She is excellent at charting out courses that best suit individual needs. I have recommended well over 6 other people I know to Riddhi and they have all only come back with great gratitude and feedback.
