I visited the Doctor at Meenakshi Institute of Gastroenterology for my father's treatment and my first experience with the support staff was not a happy experience as they made us wait for more than an hour despite having a prior appointment. The doctor was very good and friendly and explained the issues clearly and recommended FIT (Faecal Immunochemical Test). and my nightmare started after giving the sample. I was told the report will be shared in 2 days but even till 4th day and I had to continuously call the hospital but most of the time no one picked the call *** **** ***** ******* *** **** **** ****** ***** *********** * ********** **** **** ***** ***** ******* ** *** ***** **** *** **** ******* **** **** *** *******, ****** **** ** ****** ** ******* and at last someone picked the call and spoke rudely that the report will be shared after 1 more day and started giving excuses and then rudely disconnected. ******* * ****** **** * **** ** *** **********
