Our family never had a history of surgeries most of all heart surgery. When we learned that our father suffered a heart attack at the age of 78 amidst this pandemic period we were absolutely shattered, confused and lost. We had no idea of what to do . Father had three vessels blocked 70 percent and part of his heart damaged. We were told that we would have to undergo a bypass surgery to avoid further damage to the heart in future. We were not at all ready for this, especially father.

When we met Dr Ravi as he was introduced as our surgeon he patiently and calmly explained us the issues that were existing and the reasons why the surgery was required and the other details of how it would be done . After speaking with him all our doubts and confusions were cleared and we had a clear picture of the process.
