He is a Honorary Consultant at Sri Satya Sai Hospital, Whitefield and Visiting Consultant at Medicover Hospital, Hoodi. He has a private consulting room at Docube Healthcare, Hoodi.He graduated from Mysore Medical College in 1979 and did his Post-Graduation (D.Orth - Chennai in 1985 and M.S Mumbai in 1987). He has been in the UK since 1987 where he pursued higher training and obtained the Orthopaedic Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 1990 and Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery from the University of Liverpool in 1992. He has had extensive training in Lower Limb Arthroplasty including a Fellowship as well as Trauma with extensive training at the Swiss AO School. He has been a Consultant in the UK since 1993 until his return to India recently.He specialises mainly in Primary as well as Revision Lower Limb Arthroplasty (Hip and Knee Replacements - both Total and Partial), Arthroscopic Knee Surgery as well as General Trauma (Bone and Joint Injuries).
