Dr. Ravi N. Hiremagalore

I am giving a 2 star just because my clinical experience in premera was not good.

But before getting it in to detail I want to give 5+ star rating to Dr.Ravi Hiremagalore , the pediatric dermatologist here.He's such a brilliant and most humble doctor who perfectly diagnose d problem and teach us on how to treat it.I ve met atleast 8-10 skin specialist for my baby, since my baby is suffering from dry skin and rashes since birth.This doctor came as a blessing in our life and he brilliantly diagnosed d real underlying problems and did teach us how to treat it.His treatment has showed 💯 result for our baby.I very strongly recommend Dr.Ravi Hiremagalore for any skin issues of your precious child

But honestly I ve experienced very negative aura in this clinic.The lady in the reception is not at all welcoming and she's more interested in getting money in her pocket.

I had visited the clinic twice.1st time when I had to change my baby's diaper and when I asked for a dustbin she told me to go out in d road and throw it somewhere.When I asked her on why is a dustbin not kept inside she told you better go and ask doctor.

They have charged 1000 rs as Consulting fee first time.

The 2nd time reconsulting was done only to do wet wraps(a simple technique of applying creme on baby and keep it covered in wet clothes and dry clothes above it.) and since the doctor was busy with other patients he asked this lady to show it to us.Just to demonstrate it she's asked us 200 rs under the table apart from a consultation fee of another 850 rs. When we asked to produce bill for d same she refused in d beginning and when we insisted she just cancelled d previous bill of 850rs and increased d doctor consultation to 1050 rs and reproduced a new bill.The lady there is **** * ******** ****** ****** ***** with no botheration on anything or anybody who comes to the clinic.She infact spoils d goodwill of d doctors there.

This review is more inclined towards my experience with Manipal hospital, Old airport road and my wait period to visit doctor. I could not comment on doctor's knowledge as my issue was related to **** ***** skin issue and infact I should have never visited the doctor at this level but did so out of panic and so called precaution.

Issue 1: I have made a duplicate registration without realising that I was already registered. After becoming aware of this I went back to registration counter to ask what hospital can do about it and the lady in the reception said they could do nothing about the duplicate registration. They just keep registering as long as you give money 'n' number of times. Is this a good system? ** **** ** ******* **********Issue 2: Doctor went out of his room during his visiting hours (as mentioned in the appointment slots) as a result of this I had to wait for very longer duration.

Issue 3: Rs, 850 for * **** ***** consultation makes me fear ***** *** ****** ** *** *******

I have visited the doctor twice now, for my fourteen month old. My first visit was interesting. After having already gone to many doctors already, my pediatrician suggested Dr Ravi. I was very hopeful on right treatment and instant relief. However for his skin issues doctor suggested "wet wrap therapy". I was little disappointed and skeptical, as i thought , how will it cure without medicine. But, unbelievable, we did do the therapy at home and my son was cured !! *** * ******** * ****** *** ****** **** ***** ******** ** *** **** ******* So, when a different issue started , he again gave similar approach. He is also very down to earth and patient. I am quite impressed and will recommend him to any one i know needs a pediatric dermatologist for their child. For skin problems less is more and perfectly follows that!

Dr.Ravi is an excellent doctor, my child suffers from severe atopic dermatitis, he always takes time to understand the issues we are facing & empathizes our situation. His advices are very helpful & helps renew the vigour with which we proceed with the treatment. He brings hope & positivity & this has helped the situation. He totally understands our situation & the pain the child goes through . His recommendation for wet wraps are a great relief for our child. He tries to stick to minimal medication but advises us to proceed with medication when it absolutely necessary.

Dr. Ravi is a excellent doctor in pediatric dermatology. His name was recommended by Cloud nine pediatric doctor . He is very calm , and have time to discuss about the problem in detail manner. difference between a elderly person and kid is clearly evident. It need to understand his /her problem .Doctor has good amount of experience .though my daughter has acute problem of atopic dermatitis. some how little bit stabled now .I will recommend visit to Dr. Ravi to others those whose children suffer in skin related problems.In bangalore not many pediatric doctors are there in dermatology area.

Very experienced. Paid a lot of attention to what we were trying to explain (symptoms etc). He also made sure we understand the diagnosis, step by step. *** ** ** *** ** *** **** ** ********* *********** ** ******* Go for him with full hope & confidence.

I had been to Manipal Hospital last month. Dr. Ravi Hiremagalore is an excellent consultant that I had ever been to. I am really glad that my child got the best treatment under him. He is absolutely the one to recommend and I will do it with high regards.

So we had been to the doctor for the treatment of my daughter's strawberry hemangioma. She had this birthmark behind her thigh and due to which there was a wound formed. She had developed this wound right after birth. She was 6 months old when we went to this doctor.

First of all, the clinic is an old house converted into a clinic. That can be compromised. But treatment is very important.

He spoke well, that is undeniable. But he just gavr an ointment, thats it. ** **** ********** ********

Please don't go to this doctor* ** ***** ********** **** ********

*** ** *** **** ****** *** ********* **** ******* my son was suffering with atopic eczema, visited several doctors with different types of treatments , however his condition got detoriated untill we came to Dr. Ravi, my son's condition is much better now and I'd like to give all credits​ to Dr Ravi!  He is a senior experienced doctor who is very friendly towards kids, he gives ample time for every kid and will never prescribe a medicine if it is not actually required. Thank you!

Good thing to like this Doctor is He is very calm and listens Patiently. He very well explains the cause and points to overcome and the treatment clearly. Very good Treatment!!

The Consultation fee is too HIGH ... in Bangalore all kind of people will not be able to afford to take treated from this good doctor's :-(
