Dr. Rasya Dixit

Dr. Rasya Dixit is one of the best doctors I have come across. My skin likes her too as much as I do. Rather than providing lucrative offers or alluring us through unnecessary treatments, doc suggests what's actually needed and what can be skipped, which I doubt I have ever come across. Being money minded many people just suggest costly treatments while Dr.Rasya analyses and then provided a solution with both pro's and con's(if any).

I wouldn't say it's very expensive unlike others. It's almost the same consultation fee compared to any other good clinic to consult a dermatologist. Just make sure that after visiting her, you cannot expect results instantly. Give the treatment some time to work on the area of problem, along with the tablets/diet the doc suggests and you will be very happy with the results you see.

I have been regular to the clinic for various problems I faced for being sensitive. And all the problems have been rectified, some instantly and some eventually. And the results have not been just temporary, but permanent remedies. Very few tablets suggested were expensive as my need and urge to rectify the problem was rigid, for rest all scenarios I have been prescribed with a pretty decent list. While she was out of station, I have seen people wait till she gets back to town to clarify their skin problems, including me, which is as good a sign how dependent people are on her.

Any problem with my skin, I know that Dr.Rasya is there to help me out. Be 5-10 mins early than your appointment timing(keeping traffic in mind) and you will not be kept waiting until unless the prior appointment person has come in very late. Even in such cases, I have seen them manage things very well. Not to forget, even the staff is very good and precise.

I first heard about Dr Rasya when I asked a question on Practo Consult. She gave me a very nice detailed answer, which gave me a lot of insight about my acne issue. I decided to see her in person, and have a consultation.

Booking the appointment was easy, and I got a call from her clinic confirming the appointment. The receptionist was polite and helpful with the directions. Her clinic was easily locatable on Google maps, so reaching there was easy. Dr Rasya has a busy and efficient practice. Her waiting room was full as I arrived a little early, over budgeting for travel time. Her receptionist confirmed my appointment, and I sat in the waiting room.

My appointment started a little late, but I did not mind. Once I entered her consulting room, Dr Rasya greeted me with a huge smile. As I explained my problem, she asked me a lot of questions to help understand the cause of my acne. I found her attention to detail and care for the patient very touching. She helped me understand the causes behind the acne, and all the treatment options. The medication she gave didnt solve the problem for me at first, but when I went back to her she explained that different patients react differently to medicines and not everything works for everyone. She changed the medicine, which worked for me.

I would recommend Dr Rasya to anyone looking for a good dermatologist. She is friendly, nice and very patient with people like me who have a lot of questions.

I just have a sense of confidence when I know my treatment is coming from her. I say this 'cause I've been to so many Dermatologists and tried so many medicines, I could possibly start prescribing meds myself :D

I've been suffering from acne for the longest time. I went to her once 2 years ago and my acne reduced drastically, but still suffered from it controllably, however due to a change, it flared up again. When I went back to her, she had images on her phone from my last visit (looking at those pics, I realized I didn't have it so bad anymore!) And now, 2 weeks into the treatment, it's almost all clear.

Even though it was a Saturday, my appointment was late, her clinic was packed, she took time to talk to me in depth and took time to talk about EVERYTHING! (This is super important to me)

Yes, I'm overly sensitive about my skin and I think for the fist time in years, I've stepped out for a normal day's work without concealer, and let me tell you, it feels great!
