I hate writing bad reviews but after thinking for many days I decided to write how I felt and let others be the judge.

I look after my teeth really well and even at my "advanced" age get compliments from people and dentists at how good my teeth are. Sure I have a couple of fillings and there are some issues with receeding gum line (due to brushing too hard) and teeth grinding. But overall I have never had any dentist being alarmed at the state of my teeth.

First disappointment was that I was handed over to an assistant (This might be the norm though). I specifically took time and researched and chose Dr Srinivas so it was disappointing to be handed to someone else, regardless of assistant or not. Assistant was ok *** * **** *** *** * ****** *************** ******* **** ***** ** ****** ** ****** ********* *** ** ******** **** ******* ** **** * ***** **** * **** **** ** *** ********** **** **** ** ***** ** **** ****** ** ** ***** *** ***** Again, I was very surprised, and shaken, by the level of urgency they were talking about - I was at a dentist twice in the last year (regular clean and check-up) *** **** ** **** **** ********* * ****** ********

Somehow I managed to postpone their suggested treatments (with their saying 'you will need root canal therapy very soon if you don't do this', 'you won't even be able to drink water in 3 years if you don't get these treated asap'). I was a bit down to hear all this, especially how diligently I look after my teeth).

I then made 3 other appointments with 3 other professionals (two periodontists) *** **** ** **** ****** *** *** ******* *** *** ***** ** ** ***** *** **** **** ******* ** ** *** ********** **** ** *** ***** **** **** *** *** **** * ****** ** **** **** *********** **** * **** ** ***** ****** *** **** * *** ** **** ** ***** ***** ******** ** ****** **** ********** **** ***** ** *** **** **** * ***** ******** ***** * ****** * *** **** ** ********* *** *** **** *** ***** ***** ** ** ****** *** ** ******** **** ** **** * **** *** ***** ********* *** ** ***** ***** *** ********* ***** * I felt I needed to write this negative review.

Hello Mr. Nitesh, As per my experience of 24 years being a specialized Dentist, I examined your teeth and found the following that You have used a hard brush and a wrong brushing technique for a long period of time,which has resulted in a lot of abbration to the cervical area ( neck of the tooth ) and also removal of the enamel in that area which is a non forming structure. Hence, I had advised you to restore the teeth damaged due to improper brushing technique which you had followed for several years. If not restored now, it might lead to deeper abrasions and root infections. the cervical damage of the teeth can lead to severe sensitivity and can cause further damages.you being around 40 years of age, it is definetly an alarming situation to restore the irreversible damages caused to your teeth. Also note that The treatment plan shared to you falls under a specialized Endodontis observation ( my corridor of specialization) and will not come under any periodontist whom you have visited. With regards to the junior doctor, they are well trained to ensure all the correct diagnosis is done and perform basic dental treatment.

I visited Dr. Raju in Dec 2023, he did my RCT in the right molar tooth. Within a few months I started having problems with the treatment. I started having pain sensations in the tooth and gaps started opening next to the treated tooth. * ******* *** ** **** ** ***** ** ***** ********* *** *** ******** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** ** ******* *** ***** **** ********* ********* ******* * **** ***** ******** ***** *** ** ********** Not just that, he also left one of the holes untreated* ********* **** ****** ******* * ***** which became another easy infection target. He also needlessly put a cap on the tooth next to the treated tooth, which made the cost amount almost double up, because caps were the most expensive part. * ******** ** ************* **** **** *** ** *** ****** ******** ** ** *** **** ** *** ***** ********* **** **** **** *** ******* ******* *** **** **** My entire treatment costed 44,700 rupees, and yet I now have to get it all redone. ****** *** ***** *** ******** *** *** **** ************** I will attach the bills and prescriptions for practo ** ******** ** **** ****** **** ***** **** ***** ** ********* ** ******** ** * *** *********** ** *** ******* *** ****** ** *** **** ** sharing this after going through all my recent troubles in fixing the **** work he did* ****** ** *** **** ******* *****

This was my first visit of my life to a dental clinic. He is incredibly patient in doing his job. I did my 4 RCTs here. Didn't really felt the slightest of pain.

I found price a little on higher side especially for Zirconium crowns.

The clinic is spotless and uses modern equipment.

I am very happy and would definitely recommend people to him.
