It was extremely useful and helpful as a counselling session,where the ill effects of our sedentary lifestyle and its ill effects were very clearly elucidated.

It was also motivational which helped us put things in proper perspective and plan for a much more active and a healthy lifestyle.

First of all, doctor makes you wait for at least 1 hour even with proper appointment. Our appointment was at 4:30 PM and doctor called us at 7:15 PM almost. Hospital takes the registration charges but they will not give you the file. This doctor does not even give the prescription *** ** **** ** ***** *** ** ***** *** ***** ** ******* **** *** ******** ** **** ** *** **** ***** * ************* he doesn't even looked at my daughter. We did all blood tests and X-Ray and everything was normal except slight high in TSH. He prescribed pituitary gland tests which we were not happy to do, **** ** ****** *** *** **** ** *** ***** *** ****** ** **** *** ************ **** *** **** ***** ** **** ** ***** ** **** ** *** *** ***** **** ** *** *** ************* ****** **** **** **** ******** ******

In my 33 years of life I have never met a doctor like this.Despite waiting for 1 hr he didn't even listen to us for 2 minutes ..We had gone based on his experience and good reviews.When we told about the condition of our 3 month he told us like a robot that he doesn't care and that he won't be able to help us and while we were still in his cabin he walked out to call his next patient.As a paediatrician and such a senior doctor he should be more empathetic and atleast listen to parents who have come with the hope that you will help them..What is the use of such experience if you don't have basic courtesy..I will definitely not recommend him to anybody and specially for babies ...

It's good explanation and understanding except for the consultation fee which is too high and the waiting time-consuming

If any doctor suggest you that your baby/kid need thyroid medication then I would suggest you to go and meet Dr Ragupathy once. I was extremely worried that my one month old baby need to take thyroid medicine and after consulting with Sir I found that he didn't have any thyroid disorder. He also suggested us how to take care of baby instead of worrying about thyroid problem. He is a very nice human being.

He is exactly what a good doctor should be - patiently listens to us, understands our concerns, answers all questions, do an objective diagnosis without getting biased, explains why he recommends a particular plan and more importantly instills confidence to us as parents

Dr. Raghupathy explained the issue thoroughly. He identifies the root cause and provides the necessary treatment, advice, and suggestions. He is very patient, calm, cool and spends the time to make us understand the condition and explains from scratch. Hatsoff to his experience. Highly recommend.
