Doctor was friendly and listened the issue without any fuss. She duly informed about the duration that it would take for burns to heal. Only concern I had was that the receptionist said there are no prior appointments accepted, only walk-in is allowed. This made the Practo appointment redundant. Clinic faculty should be aware of patients making online appointments.

Firstly I thank her

I haven't started taking medicine. But she examined heard my problems and has prescribed the medicine. She also warned about some irritations that may occur and solution too for that by prescribing moisturizer.

She even told to continue vitamin supplement which was prescribed by my regular doctor. She didn't force to buy new one.

She gave clear instructions orally and by written too about usage of creams.

She was kind enough to even answer our greetings.

Initially we had to wait for little more time thn wht was informd. But after we got connected with doctor the consulation went smooth
