Initially, we thought it would be just chat as the doctor asked me to share some pics and we weren't sure? But the doctor asked us to visit the clinic, so we went to the clinic and the doctor was friendly. The doctor prescribed moisturizer and creams for my nine year old daughter. We applied it for for almost a week and it got cured. We were really worried seeing the skin infection. Now, we are happy that it has been cured. Thanks a lot to Dr.Priyanka Reddy and her staff who were cordial. We would highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

There is no second word. Dr. Priyanka is down to earth she is so friendly and listens to your problem so patience, and explains what exactly need to be done. If the treatment is worth and would help us only then she suggests, not like other doctors even if the treatment won’t help they would do the treatment and burn our pocket. But you can’t find these is DNA. My acne and the scar disappeared in only one visit, the laser treatment for my skin texture came out very well. I thank Dr. Priyanka and Dr. sajini for taking care of my problems so well, they didn’t look at me like patient they treated me like a friend. Thanks for everything

What a full and complete professional experience this was. One can genuinely feel that their is team spirit. Dr Priyanka advised in person and explain the procedure, made sure all my needs are met. The entire procedure was done with complete personal care. Iam so fortunate to have met such a lovely bunch of people. Thanks to Dr Priyanka and Dr Sajini and their entire team for their professionalism and care. I will recommend you to all my friends and colleagues for any issues because you have soultion for all. It was a great experience and iam happy that I got my HT done at DNA.

Can't comment on the treatment right now but attentiveness and explanation was missing from many areas. To start with, I was never explained properly about the treatment what they were doing and what am I supposed to do. They straight away sent me to DNA BB treatment, before treatment I was told only 1 sitting is required but after the treatment I was told it may take upto max 6 sittings. Post my treatment I can't make out any difference maybe patience is the key. Soon after that I went to the desk and I was told about the products, no one cared to explain anything apart from the products. Diet , dos and donts. Nothing was explained as soon as I went in to the treatment room , doctors kept coming and going. Huge lack of attentiveness and explanation.

I visited the doctor on 18-6-2020 for having rashes in various places in skin. The doctor ****** said it’s good allergy and gave me moisturiser and cream. Went to the doctor for acne marks and treatment.She was initially insisting on taking up a laser treatment which got me a little frustrated .When I told her that I have been to 2 dermatologists before and that I know there are medications available which can reduce acne scars gradually , then she did prescribe few ointments, moisturisers, face wash etc.The ones prescribed are expensive.She did give 2 cheaper alternatives for 2 of the prescribed ointments .I finally ended up taking all the ones as she had prescribed and not the alternatives.I will edit the review after 2 months based on the results since it's too early now.

The cinic is very well maintained and one good thing I liked is they do have an option to courier your ointments etc once you need a refill.

I visited DNA clinic for the marks over my face. The doctor was very friendly she told me wht exactly can be done , The most happiest part of the consultation was the doctor listens to you patiently examines u thoroughly and gives you an idea wht you can expect from treatment. The doctor adviced me a simple skin care and treatments for my marks. After a complete discussion i decided to take up the treatment and have started with it.

Visiting DNA Skin and hair clinic was the best thing happened to me in the year 2017 and investing their for the hair transplant was the best investment. I visited several other hair studios whr I can get it done but the pricing was actually high and they never gave me the confidence, but at DNA clinic after meeting the doctors thr and the way she explained me about the procedure , I was impressed and signed for the procedure. I got my FUE transplant done. It gave me my confidence back. Wen I go out I no more wear a cap nor cover my hair. Thts the best thing happened to me

I visited DNA Skin clinic to get rid of an accident scar which was almost 8 years old and was evidently visible on my forehead.

I was counselled through the process and the timeline. She mentioned it would take around 3-4 sessions of laser treatment. She was very helpful and patient with me as i had loads of questions as this was my very first time getting any sort of a skin treatment done. The 1st session involved a suction procedure which basically made the scar puff up and was painless, i was asked to come after a week.

Then the real treatment started wherein i had to get zapped by a laser on my forehead (location of my scar), it isn't as scary as it sounds, when i got the first prick it was a sudden sting and i wasn't expecting that however subsequent pricks were almost painless and i didn't require any anaesthesia, I was made to feel very comfortable and the whole process was much less scarier than i presumed, the scar has already healed almost 95%, wherein i still have another session pending.

Had a great overall experience and i would recommend DNA for any skin related issues or procedures.

All good except receptionist unprofessional behavior.
