Dr Preetha Isloor is a consultant in fetal medicine at Birthright by Rainbow Hospital. She has completed her MBBS from University of Rajiv Gandhi Health Sciences in 2007. This she followed up with DGO from the same institute and a DNB at St Martha’s Hospital Bangalore on 2012. She trained in Bangalore Fetal Medicine Centre in Fetal Medicine and is accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (UK) for specialized fetal scans and risk assessment protocols. She performs pregnancy scans like early pregnancy, NT scan, Anomaly scan, Growth scan and Doppler, follicular monitoring and 3D pelvic ultrasound scans. She is also trained in performing 3D-4D scans as couple sometimes request it as a “souvenir” or when clinically indicated. She believes in equality and standards in healthcare. She is passionate about building the unit by teamwork and unbiased structured training. Her areas of interest are protocol based imaging, empathetic patient counselling, training and research.

I am visiting Dr Preetha for my pregnancy scans and I have had an amazing experience so far. The doctor is very patient and she gives you enough time to explain all the baby parts and movements. She is very much approachable and polite. I would definitely recommend her to other patients.
