He addressed my concerns really well during the fertility consultation. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, though a bit expensive. I would rate my overall satisfaction as 3.5 out of 5.

He examined very patiently ..suggested pros and cons..need to get the test reports and need to further meet him ..so far so good..i read from other feedbacks lift is not available, it is available now..

Another good part is blood test and ultra sound can be done in the same place .

I was not happy with the hospital(Navchetana at Yelahanka) than the Doctor. I was asked by the hospital staff to come at 1.pm though the appnt was at 1.30. They made me wait for 30 mins. Doctor did not follow up personally to my blood, urine and ultra reports. It was done by a naive doctor who was finding it difficult to interpret the report. He read the report to the doc over the phone. Without even looking at the report the doctor suggested me to go for CT scan for further investigation. I felt these people are there just to loot ignorant patients.

Initially when I met the doctor his behaviour was very nice, he suggested various tests and asked me to send the reports via whatsapp. I called up the reception several times but I was not able to reach the doctor to show my reports, moreover they told me if I want to get in touch with the doctor I need to take consultation one more time that too after 10 days.

I (patient)was in severe pain so I had no other option than reaching out to another doctor .

I called up the reception several times after mailing it as they recommended for the review and further procedure, but I was not able to reach the doctor to show my reports even after the continues follow ups, finally they told me if I want to get in touch with the doctor to get the review I need to take consultation one more time that too after 10 days. The process is too bad should respect our time n value of the money we are spending it. I am deeply disappointed n never recommend this doctor to any one.

Treatment provided by the doctor was good. He clearly explained the issue and took time to patiently listen to our queries. Answered every single one of them. Suggested the treatment plan and options.

However extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the cloudnine clinic management. Absolutely arrogant security guard. Extremely unprofessional receptionist. And forget about punctuality. You have to wait, despite an appointment every time. The receptionists actually seem to be in cloud9 with their attitude!

Dr. Praveen is an extremely down to earth and humble person. He understands patients problems better and tries to minimize the ongoing problem to his level best. Depending on the patients age, gender and other factors, he initiates the required treatment at extreme ease for the patients. I would recommend anyone who has urinary problems to visit Dr. Praveen Joshi once before you undergo any other treatment or surgery. There is no harm in taking a second opinion, it always helps and it surely helped us big time with my Mother-in-law's recurrent UTI. He enlightened us with an existing problem which we never knew was there, simply by examining my mother-in-law once.

Dr. Praveen is very professional, thorough and detailed in his assessment of the patient. He discusses all aspects of the case and is proactive in suggesting alternative diagnosis procedures as well as remedies. He brings in experts to conduct various diagnosis as required and ensures timely, quick and relevant treatment to patients. All his staff are very courteous and helpful. I would very strongly recommend him as a preferred doctor for men's health related issues consultation, diagnosis and treatment.

After initial semen analysis test at famous maternity hospital, we found condition of Azoospermia(with zero sperm in semen), so doctor referred us to Dr.joshi Praveen for further consultant. Dr Joshi explained us everything in detail, and reasons why sperm count can be zero. He suggested some Hormone tests and scanning to decide if sperm production is normal in the body. After this Dr.Joshi himself have operated PESA at Cloudnine and successfully extracted sperms required for IVF. Thrust worthy doctor, I would recommend everyone to go for this doctor.

Excellent, genuine, to the point, listens patiently, good at diagnosis and directing right solution. Overall experience was great, reliable. Would recommend the doctor and clinic. Jovial and supportive. We got reference of the doctor from another doctor we identified over Practo and experience with both doctor was excellent. Value add to customer will be if the blood reports can be emailed in timely manner rather than collecting from clinic will be helpful. we look forward for continued and valuable experience even going forward. The filters are also good, in the app, they can be improved further. Invoices sent to email id by default will help improve time for patient and doctor
