Walked in to Naipunya clinic and met Dr. Prashantha for a certain skin procedure* ****** ** ************** could clearly explain what can be done and what cannot be (explained through the results of the morphed images of other patients), could clarify all my concerns (some of the them, taken in by me from the Net). With my expectation set, and hand-holding (before, during and after the procedure) I had from the Doctor, I should say I am happy with the clinical experience and the results I have had with the clinic and the Doctor.

Dr. Prashantha Kesari is a real healing master with a lot of patience to hear from the patient.. His smile calms all anxiety in the patient. He treats the mind of the patient and understands their heart which makes him stand out from others.

I had severe skin rashes and allergy bubbles which decorated whole of my body with severe itching. Initially could not get an appointment with Dr.Kesari as I had called in odd hours, had to wait for a day and finally when I got in there the atmosphere itself was so convincing. Had to wait for about 10 min. As soon as the Dr entered it's his smile which heals half of the wound. Truly he is so satisfying with his approach. He extracts each and every single detail of the patient's problem and gives them time to explain their problem in detail. His diagnosis is amazing. He heals every nuke and corner of the problem. I am very happy to be treated at Nypunya clinic *** ************* ** ****** * *** ** **** ****** ****

Dr Prashanthi is an utmost professional who has tremendous amount of patience and an ever smiling face. His expertise on the issue and his detailed explanation on the procedure gives the patience lot of confidence. He has a calming effect on his patients. He spends the required amount of time necessary with patients and hears them out patiently. I underwent a surgery for which i was suffering from 3 yrs and was most relieved by the way he performed and assured me of the cure. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the doctor once for their ailments.

The doctor is AMAZING. He let me weigh out all my options and make an informed decision. He was very patient and gave me all the time I needed to feel much better than I did when I walked into the clinic. He gave me HOPE, unlike the other doctors I visited who advised me to either keep the ALREADY laser treated tattoos or to look into other professions. One of the doctors even had the nerve to tell me to get a "respectable" job than this (air hostess)!! Dr. Prashantha Kesari on the other hand made me feel that nothing is unachievable, just need time and patience. The condition I was in, because of the other doctors, hearing those words meant the world to me. Thanks a lot, doctor. Shall definitely continue my treatment with you from now on and recommend you to all my friends and family.

Do not believe their Instagram photos ***** *** ********** ********* ******* I found this is the only way to raise my voice make people aware before stepping into here for any procedure especially on face . Anyone who undergo kindly ask for bill for procedure do not just give cash and get the surgery done **** ** ***** ****

This is a review of 2 years post-op HT surgery performed in this clinic. Paid 1Lac+, Hair grafts transplanted were ~2200 and the method used was FUE.

2. Hair directions were not aligning with the existing hair directions.

1. Transplanted Hair directions on the right side makes an angle of 50-60 degree with the non-transplanted one.

2. Sometimes my hairs criss-crosses each other producing a Math-NoteBook-type-squarish pattern.

3. Now I am forced to do combing towards the right side to hide this sublime math-copy pattern. Touché!!

3. Hairs were planted too much front, way beyond my natural hairline boundary.

1. This feature of the surgery has given me the most mentally telling pain. It outrightly compromised my confidence, my extrovert-ness and of course my facial look.

2. Natural hairline boundary should approximately be 1/3 (of face vertical length) from eyebrows. Roughly this length is 4-5 finger’s width wide.

3. Mine was 4-4.5 cm above eyebrows (3 finger width wide) giving me an astonishingly odd looks.

4. Every person (my family, my gf, my colleagues and even an interviewer) recognised the glaring beauty of this awkward frontal hairline ******** ** *** ********

4. Transplanted hair density was not at all blending with the existing hair density.

1. Transplanted area is visually less dense compare to non-transplanted area.

2. Anyone who is sufficiently near me can tell the density difference. There is very limited blending.

1. In any HT surgery, two stages are extremely critical and the concerned doctor must be present throughout and perform those two stages. Doctor should not be disturbed during these two stages.

2. First is the Hair follicles extraction (extraction process) and second is the hole punching (density and directions are taken care here).

3. During my surgery, I observed the doc entering/leaving the surgery room multiple times in both the stages. It occurred to me the doc was seeing other patients in parallel. (Again a horrendous practice)***** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** ************** ******** **** **** ********** *** ****** ********** *** ********* ** ******** *** ******* **** **********

Mistakes by the patient (me):

1. Negligence. Did not educate myself or research about the nitty-gritty of the HT surgery. Blindly visited the doctor premise and opted for the surgery based on the ratings/degree in the hope of enhanced looks.

2. Did not ask tough questions regarding HT, its repercussions and how to do post-op caring (POST-OP CARING IS VERY IMPORTANT AND SHAPES YOUR FINAL RESULT, DONOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY).

3. After one year of surgery, I stopped Post-OP caring for 2 months and this backfired me with hair-fall and gradual appearance of my unnatural HT result.

4. Did not do a follow up visits to update the progress status of my surgery.

Credit section:

1. Flashback: Before surgery, I had the grade-2 (Norwood scale) baldness which means I had a decent donor area.

2. Luckily after the unnatural result popped out, I had enough long hair to hide my weirdness. I am still doing it.

3. And also luckily, after speaking to few **** **** doctors (roughly 8 across India), Hair repair surgery can be done on me to restore my natural frontal looks only DUE TO MY HEALTHY DONOR AREA.

4. DO REMEMBER such luxury of healthy donor area is not available with everyone. DONOR is limited for this life, *** **** **** ** *** ** **********

Recommendation to the Prospective HT patients:

1. Please do your homework, before opting for such a critical surgery. Read, research and get acquaint yourself with the gory details about the topic.

2. Prepare the list of all important questions to put forward, and observe the responses of the doctor while questioning. Google as much as you can, read myriad articles. ***** **** *** ******* ******* ** *** ********* **** ******** *************3. To Find a ****** doctor, check his clinic website and look for the HT before and after photos. * ************* ****** **** **** ******** ***** **** ****** *** ***** ****** **** ****** ***** ***** ****** ************4. Ask him, how he will design a natural hairline, how he will decide a hairline boundary, what procedure will suits your need? FUT or FUE or combo? NOTE: Both causes scars.

5. REMEMBER, a rightly/carefully done HT surgery by ** *********** doctor can do a wonder to your aesthetics. Please Research thoroughly and then only opt for it.

Doctor as well as his attendants were very friendly and performed the entire surgery very fast and gave me a very comfortable experience. Hardly felt any pain during the entire course of the surgery.

Few aspects which need to be improvised at Naipunya clinic are:

1. High wait time inspite of scheduled appointment

2. Poor pre surgery scheduling update / advise by the clinic.

3. The room in which the surgery was performed should have been more cleaner and should have had a pillow for head rest, as this was not available and was substituted by some kind of diaper bag which was not very comfortable.

Apart from these minor issues the entire experience during the surgery was very good. Would request the clinic to correct these minor defects such that patients would have an excellent experience at the clinic going forward. Would surely recommend Dr. Prashanth Kesari to other patients undergoing minor surgeries as well.
