Dr. Prashanth Nagaraj

Dr Prashanth Nagaraj is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with keen interest in Ilizarov and limb reconstruction surgeries. He graduated from JJM Medical college Davangere scoring first rank and gold medals. He completed his post graduate specialty in Orthopaedics from Mysore. He has worked in various hospitals in India and U.K before joining M.S.Ramaiah medical college as Assistant professor where he taught both undergraduates and post graduates during this period. His keen interest is in treating complex fractures and Limb reconstruction surgeries. He has surgically corrected many complex deformities of limbs in both adult and pediatric patients utilizing sound principles of Ilizarov. Dr Prashanth Nagaraj has conducted many regional, state and national orthopaedic conferences and Hands -on workshops. He has participated as faculty and guest speaker in many orthopaedic CME and conferences. With his vast knowledge he has published many articles in national and international indexed journals.
