He genuinely listened to all my concerns and symptoms very calmly and explained me the medical condition and related anatomy clearly. Right from the preliminary diagnoses till the final conclusion he reached to after scan reports, he was actually concerned about my condition the same way I was. The special thing I liked about Dr Prasanna is he was not at all judgemental about whatever I shared about my symptoms and conditions instead he was empathic about it and guided me with utmost compassion and professionalism.
