Doctor makes the patient at comfort. listens to the problem before starting the treatment.plains how the patient got the particular issue & have solution that makes patients less fear.approachable, good hospitality, very informative. Posters in clinic conveys how important to have regular check-up, to be hygienic etc.

Treatment was not much painfull as I feared 🤗
