Just want to share feedback

Firstly there was no amex card machine to swipe which ideally should be there in a big hospital.

Secondly the bill recipient was a very small piece of paper which was not at all presentable

Then the prescription was again a small piece of paper, not a A4 size paper. And mainly the prescription was not even kept in a folder which ideally any hospital gives. And when I asked for my file it was refused to me saying that it's company policy that the file cannot be given to patient. If I need then I need to write a request letter for the same. And then it has to be approved by three levels of people which was a disaster that for my own file I need to request. After paying 900rs I don't get to get my own file and the prescription was not given even in a file, it was just given me a small piece of paper.it reflects the image and reputation of the hospital.

Please check for this feedback, also if the file is not given to patient, it needs to be informed to patient beforehand so that it's his call whether he wants to still proceed with the hospital or not.

Do take me positive as I don't appreciate this structure at all and found it to be very unusual

Doctor are good and service is good. Usually every hospital don't charge for the first follow up after the surgery but u charged. And all the surgery costs includes investigation but u charged separately. Consultation cost is little high. U could have included other doctor consultation charge along with the surgery cost.

The experience with Dr pramod was really good..

The explanation he gives regarding the health issue was fabulous... He would make us to understand the issue more better . .. he is friendly and caring

About online appointment at NU Hospital:

The online appointment is of no use as there is no difference to that of walk in patients.

Hospital reception will not have any record of online booking and you have to wait in Queue for everything, payment, retrieving your file (which takes considerable time).

Staff at payment counter not sufficient and take time to attend to each patient.

Admin needs improvement.

I recently visited the doctor, but I had a disappointing experience. He refused to listen to my concerns and chose the medication without consulting me or understanding my issues.
