Doctor Phebe is a great listener when it came to the challengesI told her regarding my health. She listened to my problems with lot of patience and understood my day to day routine and food habits. She helped me with my queries and made me understand the value of including good diet habits that can provide enough vitamins, proteins etc to our body. She also explained the need for exercise and proper food timings that are vital when working from home after a stressful day at work.

She gave me a detailed diet plan which she asked me to follow for a month or two to observe the body changes and if it suits my body type as well.

Doctor is very helpful and friendly..I consulted her for my mother's diet as she is diabetic and heart patient. Dr. Vinodhini listened to the case patiently and comforted me with her advice. A detailed diet chart is provided by her and my mother is very happy to know that she has ample options to eat.
