The doctor was very friendly, understanding, and genuinely tried to listen to my concerns and help resolve my problem. I had a completely different and disappointing experience with the customer service.

If I go a few years back, I could have never thought of having a Hair Transplant (HT) done despite my slowly receding hairline in the span of 5-6 years. The reason was I thought that HT was a gimmick or it was something that cannot be done to give a natural look. Maybe because I had never come across anybody in my friends/ family who ever got HT done.
