Sthira holistic health centre is one of the best choice I ever made. I approached this centre as suggested by one of my family friend. I had lower back pain (disc herniation of L5-S1 disc). Here, I was adviced to take acupuncture treatment along with the physiotherapy for few days and I started feeling better from the day 1 itself. Along with the treatment, I tried to follow all the advices given by the doctor which also helped me a lot to recover faster. The Doctor is very patient, friendly and gives a very comfortable feel to express all your problems. The treatment given here is also with care and feels like a family.
