Dr. P.R. Krishnan

Dr. P R Krishnan is an eminent Neurologist from Bangalore with special interest in Headache. He completed his medical graduation MBBS in 1992 from Bangalore University and post graduation – MD (Internal Medicine) in 1997 from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry. In 2002, he completed DM (Neurology) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and DNB (Neurology) from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.He has twenty years of post qualification experience in Adult Neurology at a 1200 bed tertiary care hospital in addition to others and currently is Senior Consultant Neurologist at a JCI and NABH accredited tertiary care hospital. Dr Krishnan has many national and international publications in peer reviewed journals. He has experience with botulinum toxin for headache, spasticity and movement disorders. Dr Krishnan has vast experience in the treatment of Headache, Epilepsy, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Vertigo/Dizziness, Neck pain/ Back pain/ Spondylosis, Peripheral Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, Multiple sclerosis, Myasthenia gravis, Sleep disorders. Dr Krishnan is multilingual and can speak English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
