As a pain doctor of modern medicine, I have a simple 4-step method of treating pain:Correct diagnosis by complete listening and examination.Assessment of the pain's impact on your life.A minimally-invasive regenerative or anti-inflammatory procedure.Correct lifestyle modification to prevent a recurrence. For living a complete life, being pain-free is the most basic requirement. Helping people achieve this has been a blessing, and I thank God every day.

It was great experience with Dr. Nitesh Mandal. He is humble and friendly. He listens to your queries politely and tries to answer all your questions in the layman terms.
My mother in law was facing back and leg pain since March 2017. We have visited many doctors in our city Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh but it did not help. We have tried Ayurvedic treatment, homeopathic treatment and allopathic but her condition was not improving. In June 2017, she started to feel difficulty even in walking and doing her regular chores. We have seen some of the big hospitals in Delhi. Initially the leg pain seems to reduce but treatment seemed to work well for short duration and pain further started to increase. Doctors were unable to find out the exact cause of the problem. We continued with the treatment and visited more doctors in my city but result was the same. In December she almost got bed ridden and unable to do basic routine activities. Then in Dec we decided to get treatment in Bangalore and since then she is getting treated with Dr. Nitesh Mandal. Since the day we have visited Dr. Nitesh mandal for the first time she has started to recover. As suggested, she has gone through regular extension exercises for the few months & now she is feeling much better and able to do all her routine activities. Now she walks for 1 hour at least daily.
I am really thankful to the doctor for his advice and treatment.
for 4 years i was suffering with headache, it came everyday, every doctor diagnosed it as migraine. Dr nitish was the first one to show me that it is actually an oversensitive nerve on the surface of my head.
He told me that i need to take a PRF treatment, which meant that a special current will be given to those nerves. Current!!!!
But I was somehow convinced and went for it.
He gives a some numbing medicine first, after that there is no pain. Some needle is put near the nerve and current given. i didnt feel anything.
Its 4 months now, i still get some headache if my work or wife gives me lot of stress. But once in 1-2 month only and even then it is very less.
God!!! how i took those migraine medicines for 4 years!!!!
And its actually quite economical compared to what the big hospitals charge
I have severe back pain for the last 4 years. It was very difficult to walk or sit for more than 15 minutes. I was told that I need a small spine surgery because my L5 disc is prolapsed .
I came to this clinic with a lot of apprehension, but Dr Nitish is very understanding and caring. He explained in detail what is causing the pain , why I don't need a surgery (there was no nerve compression), what procedure should be done and what precautions to take afterwards.
I got convinced and opted for an injection in my spine. It was very little pain and I was able to go home after only 15 minutes.
I have got very good relief. I am doing exercises regularly and I am sure that the pain will not come back.
Cons: Insurance cover is not there, the clinic is a bit hard to find
