I lost my eyes when I was 13 and my retina was injured severely and I was unable to see anything on right side and one day I visited retina clinic and doctor said that I need to do the surgery immediately and I was admitted in Manipal hospital and surgery was done and after the surgery I was again suffering from different pain and 5 months later again I underwent another surgery but now I am able to see and now I am 26 years old and thanks to DR Nithin shetty and I need to actually thank the entire clinic staffs because without them nothing was possible especially Lakshmi mam in the entrance her kindness towards the patients is next level and once again thank you Doctor you have played an important role in my life

I am writing on behalf of my father who went to consult Dr Shetty. My father was extremely pleased to meet him. He was courteous, meticulous, and most importantly explained the problem to my father well. Since my father did not have a problem with his retina, the doctor recommended him to visit a cornea specialist. He did not even take fees from my father because he could not treat him completely. We do not come across such doctors very frequently. Would highly recommend Dr Shetty to anyone with eye problems.

I am visiting this doc almost every 6-12 months since last 3 yrs for regular eye checkup and its great so far. I was extremely annoyed with docs whose prescription keep giving me headaches and finally his prescription took me out of all the issues. His depth of checkup is good and it usually takes times as he triple sure that his prescription is correct. Also provides long term take care advice.

It usually takes an appointment 1 week in advance so make sure to do that. He can take urgent appoints to on request basis as its not written in stone.

Retina clinic is good and small place based on my experience with it. Finding car parking is extremely easy because of its location and is just 1 min job.

Took my mother to see him. A great doctor and a perfect gentleman. He put our fears to rest right away. It was an extremely busy day but he heard us out patiently and with utmost empathy. No unnecessary tests or procedures prescribed. Logical wait and see approach, instead of rushing headlong into an expensive and invasive treatment plan. Glad we visited him.

After 18 years, second time me and my wife visited.

I’ve been visiting Dr.Shetty for almost 15 years now .He’s soft spoken and is very reassuring.His assistants and Laxmi other attendants are extremely caring and efficient.The Opthalmologist ,And Dr Suhasini are very good .

He is very soft spoken and makes me totally feel at home during the examination.

He keeps his schedule very well and I have never waited longer than the time required for necessary dilation.

First of all he is a nice human being and a good doctor which is not common these days.

I would never recommend Clinic as its a was not worth the money and time .i had a very horrifyin expensive in this Clinic. I had consulted this Dr Nitin Shetty for a routine eye check up and the Doctor had asked me to get my power tested. But, as my eyes were dilated that day, Anish had asked me to come after 3 -4 days . There is only one person in this Clinic who assists the doctor for Power Check up and his name is Anish. I have paid almost twice after that but Anish is to correct my Power. I have made several calls to this Clinic during the past 3 weeks but I am yet to find a solution. He keeps postponing it. The Staff here don't seem to be qualified enough to handle this. The service here is very sub standard. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.
