Dr. Nithya Shree J was polite, welcoming, precise, and professional. Her explanations about my ear wax issue and treatment were clear. I was seen right at my appointment time, and the clinic was clean with helpful staff.

My daughter had severe tonsillitis, and the medication prescribed worked very well. We felt comfortable and confident with the treatment. Highly recommended.

I consulted Dr.Nithya for my throat infection on 27 Nov 2025. She diagnosed it as acute laryngitis and gave treatment. I took medicinal course twice. Now even after 4 months, problem still persists *** **** ******* ********* ******** I don’t recommend this doctor as my problem wasn’t diagnosed properly and I’m still struggling with this problem.

*** ****** **** *** **** ******* ******* *** She did not explain the treatment process at all. She directly wanted to jump into giving me an injection, even though the clinic was empty at that time. I had been there due an infection in the nose ring. She was very rude to me, when I started crying because I was very scared if the treatment process. * **** ****** must at least understand and speak softly to give me some confidence. The sweet nurse next to me was very polite to me. But Dr. Nithya Shri was scolding me totally opposite of how a patient should be treated. As I was leaving, the other doctor at the 3 senses Nihit, Dr. Saurabh Raj, barged angrily and told me not use words like hostile. Even though he was rude and mean towards me in the first place, I responded in a very polite manner saying I'm sorry I'm under extreme pain and fear, sorry for using the word 'hostile'. He did not stop, he won't on yelling, not only me but also my flatmate who accompanied me. My flatmate apologized with folded hands. Yes! And it's not even his fault! Yet, he told he was extremely sorry and she is in pain. I told them the same and also informed that I'll not give them bad reviews! For which, Dr. SAURABH RAJ charged in a very angry manner stopping short near my flatmate, but looking at my direction. He continued yelling at us and asked us to get out of the hospital. To his I responded, you need to give respect, to get respect in the first place and told sorry to the others and left the clinic. DR. SAURABH RAJ was still yelling at us as we were leaving. * ********** ******* ** ******* * *** ****** * ********* But yelling at two people, for reasons that are like these is not tolerable. I recommend everyone to not visit the hospital. ****** ***** ****** ******** ***** ******* *** ********* ***** *** ************* ******* ****** ******* ******** ** * **** I salute the whole medical community that's fighting for our country to save the 1000s dieing of covid. Stay strong! PS: please don't visit this clinic!

Dr. Nithya Shree J communicated very well, explaining my condition and treatment plan in detail. The treatment worked instantly, and I recovered in 2 weeks. The clinic experience was smooth with minimal waiting time and appointments running on schedule.

I am usually against any allopathic treatments, however, I didn't have an alternative to treat my ruptured eardrum so had to choose a ENT specialist via Practo. So went to meet Dr. Nithya with some cynicism and called that out to her as well. Usually I avoid going by reviews but had read about her on Practo, even a couple of negative ones. But I must let you all know that I was in for a wonderful surprise. Dr. Nithya was welcoming, ************** loud and clear (some people might think she is shouting but she isn't), quite comprehensive in her explanation, provided reasons for her line of treatment, showcased sense of humour as well which is usually missing from most doctors as they come across as sales reps.

Best part! I was all set to be told that I would need to undergo a surgery. That's not what happened. She explained pros and cons of a surgery to treat my problem.

Thanks to Doctor, I have good relief from my symptoms with minimal medicines. Doctor also patiently listened to my previous experiences elsewhere and ensured that the treatment addressed my past concerns arising from a diagnosis i received elsewhere. Very kind of doctor to take enough time to also explain everything in detail.

Not only the high quality treatment, doctor and other staff also have a personal touch. I visited with my Kid and the doctor was cognisant of this even though i did not mention it and advised me well on how best to approach further investigation procedures, priority wise given my personal situation and mentioned side effects in advance.

We visited Dr NithyaShree for my 8 year old kid's ear ache. My kid was continually crying in pain till we visited her at the clinic. The doctor did an accurate diagonosis, and prescribed the right medication, as my kid became normal after starting the meds. I specially loved her style of mitigating kids fear, my kid had too much wax, so the doc took her into confidence, and explained her about how she needs to remove the wax to get a better view of the apparent infection. The doctor is a very empathetic person, and excellent at her profession.
