Dr. Niran Uthaiah

Dr. Niran Uthaiah is an alumnus of the Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and was awarded the MBBS degree in 1997. He subsequently completed his Post-Graduate training in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and was awarded the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2009.Dr. Niran started his career as a medical officer with the Bangalore Hospital before relocating to Singapore, Where he joined the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) in 2004. During his stint with the NHGP, Dr. Niran worked at the restructured Singapore Government Polyclinic and Primary Health Center, Gaining considerable clinical experience in Managing Diabetic patients, Family Medicine, Geriatric care, Women's Health and Health screening.Dr. Niran has also been the Chief Medical Officer at the Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Hospital (Mangalore) and worked in Diacon Hospital (Diabetes Care & Research Centre) and Dianova Diabetes Center in Bangalore. He has recently been awarded the Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine by the National University of Singapore (NUS). Prior to stating HSR Diabetes center. He was working as the personal physician at Nationwide Bangalore.
