I did not even get to meet the doctor. My feedback is not for the doctor, but for the clinic in general.

I booked an appointment for 9.30 am from Practo. After booking, I got a call from the clinic confirming the appointment time.

To reach the clinic, I used the Google maps location on Practo. It was extremely inaccurate, there was no clinic near that location, upon searching around, I managed to reach the actual clinic, which was 500m away from where Practo map location took me.

Upon reaching clinic, I saw that the gates were locked and the open timing was mentioned as 10.30.. Why was my appointment confirmed for 9.30 when the clinic opens at 10.30.. Too much of miscommunication among the clinic staffs, one person told me to wait for 10 mins, while another told me to come after 10.30.. After so much disappointing experience, I just left the place.
